The hotel is showing it's age a bit, but the rooms a spacious, clean and the pool is huge and deep. Location close to the beach is good, however main issue it is also close to two clubs that have live music until 2am each night.

Great hote!

Staff are friendly. The suite is very big and spacious. View is amazing from the suite. Condition of the hotel is not new but I would recomment it for the price.

The staff was AMAZING; I want to give them a shout-out. However, The pool was not clean and dirty. It had a broken bar that wasn't operational. Couldn't access amenities to other parts of the resort. (Website said you could). The view was excellent, and the room was acceptable.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to be make it a pleasurable stay with no fuss and positivity. Located very centrally to the markets, bars and restaurants, and across the road from the beach it’s an ideal position, especially when travelling with young children The appartments are however starting to show their age. Air conditioning hardly worked and was not functioning at all in one of the two bedrooms, which meant the four of us ended up sleeping in the same room - ie: one parent with one child in a single bed. So not exactly ideal. We did however understand that this may have eventuated from the previous reviews provided so did not complain. After all you get what you pay for sad for the size of the space, it was still excellent value for money.

Good apartment, walking distance to the beach, dinning, and activities. However glass doors rattled in windy days. Cooktop is very old and the hot warm off on mark no longer visible, guess had to guess the level of heat when cooking. We called the staff ang they could not help to identify heat level mark of the cooktop. As an apartment facility, it should have a coin oprerated laundry room and wine bottle cork opener for guests.

Nära stranden, trevlig personal, stor lägenhet, breda sängar som tyvärr var hårda. Lägenheterna är markerade med våningsplan + bokstav. Vi bodde på 20 våningen lägenhet A, med havsutsikt (dvs väst/nordlig riktning) och blev mkt störd av all musik från bargatan som slutade tidigast runt 02.00 varje natt. Tror lägenheterna C och D är tystare.

Crappy hotel

This hotel was probably a 2 start at best. The hotel was clean and that's about the only positive part of the hotel. The service was adequate to check you in to the room. We paid over $100 a night for a two bedroom suite. The sheets were stained and the hotel is next to a bar. The band played until the early hours of the morning. We couldn't sleep at all. We ended up booking two rooms at Chanalai Garden Resort for $130 and it's gorgeous. It has impeccable service, beautiful pool, swim up bar and great view of Kata beach. I would not recommend the Waterfront Suites Phuket unless you are desperate and can't find any other place to stay.

場所は最高なのですが。。。

場所は最高です。ビーチも買い物もとても便利で、大きなプールも非常によいです。 ただ、2ベッドルームに3泊したのですが、3泊だけにしてよかったと思いました。各部屋とリビングルームに２つエアコンがあるのですが、全部つけると停電します。これで1日に2回は受付に電話しました。スイッチを戻るだけで基本何もしてくれません。エアコンは非常に古いもので音がうるさく眠れませんでした。 そして8センチくらいあるどでかいゴキブリが。。。！これで一気にホテルへの印象が悪くなりました。 受付は愛想ないだけでなく英語がほとんどわかりません。なのでとても疲れます。姉妹リゾートはよくある普通の家族向けリゾートで、行ってプールを楽しむほどではないかと。。。 リビングルームもベッドルームも広々としていてゴキブリが出ず、停電しなければ大満足のホテルでしたが、この2点ですっかり悪い印象になってしまいました。

Great location but music from street a bit loud (ear plugs do help). Close to shops and beach and tuk tuk's available within 100 mtrs walk. Pool towels are supplied and nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff. Certainly would stay again.

Была в этом отеле первый раз с мамой и ребёнком 9 лет. Номер большой, просторный, достаточно уютный. Есть плита, микроволновка, хорошо работающий холодильник, вся необходимая посуда (кастрюли и сковородка в том числе). Кондиционер в каждой комнате, их две. В спальне большая двухместная кровать, по факту две рядом стоящие одноместные и застелили небольшой диванчик в гостиной. Что понравилось: Отель очень близко к морю, до пляжа минут 5 идти. Пляж отличный, чистый. В отеле дают пляжные полотенца и меняют их каждый день. Рядом много мест, где можно покушать или купить еду домой, магазин продуктовый рядом. Недалеко рынок. Всё пределах 10 мин ходьбы. Что не понравилось: Очень шумно вечером, музыка до часа ночи, заснуть с открытым балконом не возможно. Выспаться тяжело. Так как мы не спим под кондиционерами с закрытыми окнами, это стало самой большой проблемой для нас. В санузле стойкий запах канализации. В общем, впечатление от отеля не плохое. С персоналом не общались т.к. по английски плохо говорю, русского персонала в отеле нет. Уборку делали каждый день (меняли полотенце и мыли полы). Постельное бельё менялось очень странно. В спальне простыни и наволочки меняли каждый день, пододеяльник не меняли вообще, в гостиной постельное бельё поменяли только два раза За неделю, на следующий день после прибытия и за день до отъезда. Бассейн на территории чистый. Находится в тени, поэтому в жаркие часы там можно провести время.

The Waterfront Suites are ideally situated and have great views of the water and Karon. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! The pool was great! The TV reception wasn’t good as with the wifi! The kitchen was in need of a renovation. We have just booked to go back in October!! Who wants to cook when on holidays anyway!! The fridge was good and the kettle worked, what more do you need!!!

great apartments

Great apartment, great location. They kindly supplied water and breakfast (day 1). My only slight negative was that there was a power cut and we had to lug our luggage down 20 floors but other than that we had a a great stay. Pool very good as well.
