The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. But there was no wifi until two days before our departure. We stayed there for seven days, which means five of those seven days, we had no television and no wifi

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Unfortunately, my experience with the building staff was disappointing. Communication was poor, requests were not handled in a timely manner, and the overall level of customer service did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for residents and visitors.
