Each apartment provides a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A hairdryer, a safe and an iron/ironing board are among the other amenities that guests will find. Housekeeping is available on request.

Our stay in Estes Park

My wife and I spent a night in this hotel on our way through Colorado for a romantic getaway and thoroughly enjoyed it. This 99 year old authentic hotel has lost none of its charm and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel boasts a beautiful view over this charming little town as well as a great restaurant, pool area and lounge. We were there in August and it should be noted that due to its age, this facility does not have air conditioning so it was a bit warm however the area cools at night and all of the windows opened to provide a cool sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Estes Park and/or Rocky Mountain National Park which is located right at the edge of town.

Great place for a group of guys to stay!

We loved staying at the Legacy! The room was perfect for the 6 guys staying there! The location was between the mountain and town, and was great for running into town when we wanted, and getting to the mountain for early morning starts! The price was extremely reasonable and we would stay there agin next year!

Carbon Monoxide Concern

When we arrived we were given a room on the 1st floor. It smelled moldy in the hallways and was quite dirty. When we entered the room it was hot and stuffy and we heard a constant beeping sound. It was the carbon monoxide detector alarming. We immediately opened a window and went to the front desk to let them know we wanted another room. It took them over 2 1/2 hours to get us another room as they said they were booked. We were tired and hungry from our drive and they did nothing to expidite placing us in another room. The front desk kept checking people in while we waited. Finally she stopped because they ran out of room keys!!! Legacy Resorts has mismanaged this property. Would not recommend.

Great place. Lots of sq ft for the price. We've stayed here many times over the years. One of the best values in Steamboat. Not particularly fancy, but lots of niceties. And the shuttle is a big perq.

Very mediocre room. No water in the room, no housekeeping, cheap bedding, uncomfortable pillows and the cheapest toilet paper one can buy. Shuttle was also frustating. Long waits when coming off mountain and a tracking system that was unclear as it didn't let you know which vehicle to track.
