Montecarlo property is really good option, Dharma Suites need to consider some suggestions i shared with them (no black out curtains in the living room). Other than that, everything was excelent

Very easy and close access to the beach. Two pools and beach chair attendants are very helpful and friendly... especially if you are able to speak in Spanish. This is the second year we've stayed at a Dharma condo at Monte Carlo, and both times the bed and pillows are not comfortable. We find the Churchill owned condos in this building better equipped regarding furniture and equipment (e.g. Kitchen utensils, TiVo, etc.) Overall still a great place to stay in North Miami Beach.

Beach view from our room

We weren't going to pay the extra for a full ocean view. But it was worth it. We had a big balcony with expansive view of the beach ocean and pool area. We could plan when to go down to the easy access to the beach and the Atlantic walk way which is amazing. Also there is a free amazing kids park with special deck material so you can dry off from the beach. It is 2 min from the apartment. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores and free trolley buses that took us to so many places. If you have a vehicle the valet at the hotel are very prompt. Every thing is clean. They provide basic kitchen supplies to be able to eat at your apt and 1 beach towel per person and 1 bath towel per person. Having the washing machine in the room was very handy. Front desk staff were very helpful and the dharma phone contact was easy to reach. The building has 2 pools and one hot tub and weight room and a few different sitting areas. You get access to lawn furniture on the beach too which is something other places don't provide. We had 2 toddlers and they provided a crib and high chair at an extra cost but was worth it. This place was so nice. Pools, beaches and cleanliness.

Very clean condo

Condo and staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Above all it was very clean! My only complaint would be the bed in our condo was very uncomfortable. However, we have stayed in a different condo in the same building before, and the bed was super comfortable. I inquired about having a tv in the bedroom because my kids were sleeping in the living room, but unfortunately for us it was something in the works for the following month for that particular unit. Again, not the case for the previous condo we stayed in the past. Overall, I definitely recommend Monte Carlo, and will stay there again.

Great stay! Right on the beach. Very comfortable

Very nice place. New location. Beach is fantastic. Excellent chair service on the beach with comfortable lounge chairs. Valet included. Close to nightlife and excellent location with grocery store and walgreens close by.

The apartment was very clean and had phenomenal views of the bay and the ocean. Everything was provided for a guest, including dishwasher pods and laundry pods, which made things very convenient. Shampoo, body wash and make up remover towels were also provided. My suggestion would be just stopping at Publix up the street for your groceries Because there’s not a restaurant at the hotel.
