The property was very clean, bed was satisfactory, pool was pretty good. We liked the hot springs pools and the restaurant was very good and had great service and food was very enjoyable. We liked our waitress, Breck, I think was her name. We went to restaurant 2 nights out of 3 and had lunch once.

Beautiful place lots to do not far from the lake. May only issue would be that all the pools were dirty from debris and huge ants. They are not clean daily from what it looks like and there’s a huge pothole as you turn into the parking lot that can damage your car 100% also can be repaired with $100 and a bag of cement other than that, the establishment is worth every penny and we had an amazing time.

Very friendly staff and beautiful property. Wonderful hot springs. We were in the Aurora building third floor with a balcony and gorgeous views. Conveniently located to walk to the hot springs. One of our bedside lamps didn’t work and couldn’t get hot water in the shower our first night. Hot water was great the second night. Overall we definitely would be back.

One of the most incredible places we have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was beyond what we expected. We had no idea what a gem was placed just outside of our own home. We had a perfect staycation. so we could jump on the train from Carson City to Virginia City and it was excellent. We loved the rooms, the food, and the spas. Everything was more than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend.
