Convenient, nice staff but some updating necessary

Nice, helpful staff. The location was fine, reasonably convenient for the town and about 7/8 minutes to the train station on foot. The hotel was reasonable in general. However my bathroom was dirty and really needed a refit. It was too expensive for a 2 star.

Nice Appart’hotel as a base in La Rochelle’s

We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me. The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked. The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.

Propreté très correcte mais déçus sur le changement de niveau concernant la chambre et le coin repas avec un escalier en bois étroit et aux marches usagées à relooker.. Un commentaire au moment de la réservation indiquant ce changement de niveau serait peut être utile.

Très bon séjour avec appart city la Rochelle. Bien situé, proche des commodités. Petit déjeuner copieux, bonne literie, et propreté de la chambre très satisfaisante. Mise à disposition d'une multiprise dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un ventilateur et d'un climatiseur mobile. Personnel professionnel et accueillant, bref tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était bien équipée, avec une terrasse et une cuisine équipé. L’emplacement est à dix minutes de la gare :)

Trés bon accueil, service satisfaisant. Même si nous n'avions pas pris les petits déjeuners, il est possible d'acheter des viennoiseries, pain, café... Locaux Trés propre. Le seul hic cest la climatisation dans les chambres qui sont absente, même si il y'a un ventilateur dans les chambres avec ces fortes chaleurs il se sert à rien

Hôtel pas très loin de la gare SNCF, au calme dans une ruelle. Petit studio avec kitchenette (plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes) juste le minimum pour passer un court séjour. La literie n'est pas très confortable mais fait l'affaire. Un peu vieillot. Le personnel est très sympa. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Avec un brins de manage supplémentaire ça le fait

Venant pour la quatrième fois, l’accueil est toujours le point fort de cette hôtel. Très sympathique. L’établissement rénove petit à petit ses chambres, ravi d’avoir une chambre avec du parquet et non de la moquette, cela fait plus propre enfin quand le ménage est fait… Propreté de la chambre convenable mais la salle de bain horrible (rideau de douche avec des taches et des cheveux, toilettes avec poil et cheveux sur la cuvette, joint du lavabo à refaire) Petit point concernant les meubles, ils n’ont pas changé et son toujours d’un style ancien.

Bon sejour, conforme à la description, le logement est propre et la literie co nfortable, peu de bruit dans la residence. Il y avait un peu de jeu dans le robinet de la cuisine mais rien de grave. Une étape classique et basique sur la Rochelle

Accueil top et professionnel localisation bonne parking grand et sécurisé prix très raisonnable. Les communs sont en travaux les couloirs vieillis la chambre pratique mais sans confort particulier concernant la déco. Pas de bruit bonne literie.

Bra hotell med bra läge

Fint lägenhetshotell med bra läge. Utmärkt enkel parkering i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Tio minuters promenad raka vägen ner till centrala hamnområdet. Vi bodde på andra våningen och de hade ingen hiss så med mycket bagage kan det bli tungt. Utmärkt frukost och trevlig, hjälpsam personal.
