First time here and staff were really helpful and nice from being welcomed in to leaving 10/10.The complex is absolutely beautiful the pool was the best part.Will definitely have to come back and absolutely recommend!!!!

The view of the marina from the room was spectacular. I loved the balcony and the pool. We got the 1 bedroom unit and the kitchen was full service and they also had a washer and dryer. Beautiful hotel would book again.

I had an incredible experience at 72 Park! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the property itself is stunning. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay feel extra special. The pool and on-site gum were top-notch! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami Beach!

I had an amazing stay at 72 Park. The place was super clean, modern, and very accessible. The 100 bus stop was just a short walk away, Uber rides were reasonably priced, and there was a supermarket nearby, which made things really convenient. The pool and amenities were definitely a highlight; everything was beautiful and well-maintained. The only downside was that I requested extra blankets and towels from the front desk/host several times starting on the first day, but they weren’t provided until the day before we departed. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice appearance - lots of construction going on that limits abilities to enjoy experience. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night frightening my son. Staff wasn’t made aware somehow that I scheduled a late check out, which led to being disrupted 3 times by cleaning staff and our key cards to not work after 11a

Property overall is beautiful but being that it is so new, they’re still things they need to improve on. The room keys didn’t work properly, we had no hot water (only warm) our entire stay, and there was soap scum still in the shower from the previous guests and there aren’t any holders/shelves in the shower. Our bedding (sheets & pillows) smelt like Caucasian hair which lets me know they weren’t properly cleaned/washed. The property was beautiful other than that.

They promised to refund my service fee then lied to Expedia. They had me in the wrong room I paid for ocean view. They moved me but still wasn’t full ocean view. Room, sheets and overall was not the cleanest. Ran out of toilet paper never brought any. No paper towels, no pans to cook nor pot holder. When I first got there they gave me a key to someone else’s room and I walked in on them. Horrible experience overall and very rude when you have an issue.

the first two nights at my stay things were all over the place... I paid for early check in and it got denied while on the way to 72 park because of (a/c issues) so l waited in the lobby for almost 2-3 hours waiting and when I get to the room the a/c was at 76 degrees and kept going up from there (I have pictures). They called the technician he came and couldn't do anything. They moved me to another room after 2 nights of no air conditioning! Also I called for towels early in the morning and I had to end up calling another 3 times and they still didn’t bring any until the end of the night !

Vi bodde i en hjørne leilighet med fantastisk utsikt. Hotellet er nytt i 2025. Meget bra gym og flott basseng. Super beliggenhet med gåavstand til North beach og til koselige lokale butikker. Vi hadde det helt topp! Pass på at dette ikke er et hotel - de i resepsjonen jobber for de som eier bygget og må ta alle henvendelser videre med Nomada sin kundeservice.Dette kan by på utfordringer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay — the location was great. However, communication could have been much better. We didn’t realize you could pay to check in early until about 20 minutes before we arrived, so we paid an extra $60. At the desk, we were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes, but it ended up taking about an hour, and there was no refund since the fee is based on how early you check in, not when the room is actually ready. Staff also seemed a bit annoyed with us. We understand the residents come first, but as paying guests, it felt like there was a disconnect. We know it’s a new location and they’re still working out the kinks, so it’s just something to keep in mind.

Inmueble nuevo muy funcional, playa a 1 cuadra con sector de toallas de playa y sillas en playa, gimnasio inmejorable y piscina fascinante, que no me gustó no tener mayor información del parqueo ahí en las afueras las tarifas después de todo eso muy bien una cocina, sofá cama y un dormitorio Máster 👍👍!!

My complaint is that we were told only a couple days before our trip that the fire alarm would be going off from 9a.m-4:30p.m. for the week that we were there. Since it was only a couple days notice we decided to continue with the stay and just go to the beach or something during those hours. Well the issue is the alarms didn’t stop at 4:30. We heard them all through the nights and it constantly woke us and our children up. I reached out to the company a couple of times to fix it and got no acknowledgment or response. My husband finally took it upon himself to fix the issue so that we could get some sleep. Outside of this issue the site was safe and absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped and made us feel right at home.
