This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious.

Spacious and clean

Arriving at night, the first thing that caught our attention was that the hotel is near the active spots while being on a calmer street itself. The pre-check was smooth, but do note that it's not the official check-in. Therefore, bring your papers to breakfast the next morning, to the 10th floor. The tenth floor is the amenities floor, that includes the little restaurant where breakfast is served and the hotel counter. There are other restaurants on the first floor of the building, if you want a glass of wine or something. Our room was clean, serviced on a daily basis, and quiet. Please note that the suites are on floor 31 or 32 with access to a good size balcony. I enjoyed taking in the view from there at night. The staff is discreet, yet kind and helpful. There's a taxi stand in front of the hotel, but walking to Bukit Bintang's station is also an enjoyable experience. There are massage parlors, seafood restaurants, street food stalls (at night) and a bustling nightlife nearby. It was my favorite part. We had a great stay at Suasana Bukit Ceylon.

Very clean modern hotel

This is our second hotel stay in bukit bintang area, close to many restaurants and shopping. As pedestrians use caution on streets when crossing and sidewalks in bad shape. Easy to get to monorail , free hop on bus GO KL to get around also

An new Unrevealed gem in the perfect location

Wow! This is an unrevealed new property in the perfect area with few minutes walk to all the fun and food. Management need to put more informative photos on the web. I took the risk with minimum information and I am very surprised what I got for the price I paid . Apartments are so big with two rooms, one study room ,well equipped kitchen , dinning and family area. Self laundry facility is a perfect for family with kids. Laundry will cost only $3 for washer and dryer. Staffs are very friendly. It is securly protected by lot of security officers and I felt very safe with my family during the stay.

This place is worn and outdated. Alot of small ants/bugs in the apartment. When I let them know they sent housekeeping who came with a towel and swiped them away. Not very helpful. I even found them in my suitcase which wasn't even on the floor. We clogged one of the toilets, and were told it was because we had thrown toiletpaper in the bowl. Noone had told us not to. Every other place we staied in Malaysia we asked, and they told us that we could throw toiletpaper in the bowl, so I'm not sure if this was the actual reason.

2020農曆新年入住5個晚上。因為凌晨1時才到酒店，預先跟酒店方面溝通check in的問題，回覆得很快，作出很好的安排！ 我們一家5口訂了3bedroom suite, 空間非常大，有3 bathroom。從露台看到吉隆坡塔，晚上看五顏六色的燈更漂亮！廚房用具基本齊備，若有削皮器便完美了。床上用品舒適，地方整潔，員工有禮。 樓下有cafe，toast, 咖啡奶茶很不錯，可以一試！另有一間小雜貨店，如果缺少油鹽糖罐頭泡麵什麼的，都可以買到，價錢合理。 早晨款式不多，但很新鮮，還可以點現煮的炒蛋煎蛋！ 因為我們都是用Grab出入，所以雖然附近有冇東西逛但影響不大。 今次整體入住感覺良好，很推薦一家大細入住！！u won't regret your money! :)
