Spend the day relaxing at The Club at New Seabury's private sand beach or practising your swing at the on-site golf course. Then enjoy a meal at one of the condo resort's 2 restaurants. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a dryer and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
The Club at New Seabury offers 25 air-conditioned accommodations with coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. This accommodation has separate sitting areas and is furnished with double sofa beds. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Accommodation at this 3.5-star condo resort has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Condo was bare bones, with typical builder-grade finishes from the 1980s like skylights, track lighting, prefab plastic showers. Plaster was peeling in upstairs shower ceiling, trim ring falling off shower control. Backyard view and patio looks out at other very close condos. Beds were new, clean and comfortable.

We loved the property. Second time staying there. As nice as the condos are, it might be time for a few updates. Tv's are small, older, and basic wear and tear on furnishings.

Quick off season get away

We found the townhouse in the Club at New Seabury the perfect size for family of 4. It was clean, gorgeous grounds, great weather, and the views from the main clubhouse and private beach area and pool are amazing. Although this is not on the beach, it is only a short drive to the club’s private beach and pool area. The Mashpee Commons area that is close by is filled with shops and restaurants. I’d love to be back in summertime to take full advantage of everything this club offers.

Check in was smooth and receptionist friendly. This unit is in a golf course community. So it’s very upscale and an estate. Upside is it’s clean and quiet. Downside is you must drive out about 10-15 minutes to reach anything. But this was not a big issue for us. Since we went during the off season we were give an early check in and late checkout!

Needs some updating. TV's are very old and not SMART. Bathtub needs to be fixed so you can actually take a bath.Kitchen had very basic needs. Only had S&P. Mattress was very hard. Felt like I had bruises on my whole body when I woke up.

Property was fine but did not meet expectations for what I assumed a New Seabury rental would be. Condo felt like a builders grade home that had been lived in for 10 years. Walls were dented, areas felt dirty with stains, sticky floors, chipped plates/bowls, low quality furniture.

First thing we encountered was a dying mouse in the kitchen. Called front desk and got after hours message board. Told them what was happening and no one came by til the next day in the afternoon. My husband had thrown it outside by this point. Sheets in master bedroom were stained.

We planned a quiet get away. there was so much noise we had to escape from there. We came to get a break from the world and could not escape the noise from your leaf crews. Will never recommend if your lawn crews are so loud and obnoxious yelling at 6:45 in the morning is not a standard a resort should have. I am giving unsolicited advice since we were given a terrible unit, and it had a draft through the back door, and it was in 30s it sucked! I'm sorry Expedia recommended your resort to us, but it would have been more pleasant if you tell your leaf crew to rake in the morning as your paying guest need sleep not noise. I hate to say it "we" liked the new updated menu and the food in main dining room but do not like the setup as the bar was full and extremely noisy, no such thing as quiet dinner because there is no sound barrier between obnoxious alcohol driven madness that ensued the one night we ate there. That is why people do not come to the restaurant as families and adults with class don't like seeing drunks in public, your staff may handle it well, but it should not be even necessary. Dust flowing out of the vent as if just turned on for the season, Up stairs bath tub is cracked and sharp to the touch. Thanks for asking for our opinion. We would stay there again if "asked too" maybe in the spring but would leave if given a terrible viewless unit again. No sunset as you gave us the bottom of a hill. It is a not good unit

The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though.

Family Weekend Getaway on Cape Cod

Gorgeous spot in Mashpee area of Cape Cod - perfect for families or couples. Tennis, pool, private beach access, golf, dining, shopping, you name it. We recommend the condo rentals for families.

Easy check in/out. The staff is very nice and helpful. Good amenities. The property is large and well maintained. The condo we stayed in was nice however it could have used a deep cleaning. I was bummed there wasn’t a bbq to use. Overall very nice and I stay there again.
