Spend the day relaxing at The Club at New Seabury's private sand beach or practising your swing at the on-site golf course. Then enjoy a meal at one of the condo resort's 2 restaurants. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a dryer and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
The Club at New Seabury offers 25 air-conditioned accommodations with coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. This accommodation has separate sitting areas and is furnished with double sofa beds. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Accommodation at this 3.5-star condo resort has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Check in was smooth and receptionist friendly. This unit is in a golf course community. So it’s very upscale and an estate. Upside is it’s clean and quiet. Downside is you must drive out about 10-15 minutes to reach anything. But this was not a big issue for us. Since we went during the off season we were give an early check in and late checkout!

We were not told prior to our stay that many of the amenities were closed. We had just left Martha's Vineyard where everything is opened until after Columbus Day.

Picturesque

New Seabury is a well manicured and beautiful place to get away and enjoy some family time. I believe the cottage definitely needs to be updated and did not match the homes in the area. The ocean air was lovely. Watch for jelly fish and a very granular beach. Wear water shoes when going in. Dining was excellent. We loved it. We will definitely go back again.

We planned a quiet get away. there was so much noise we had to escape from there. We came to get a break from the world and could not escape the noise from your leaf crews. Will never recommend if your lawn crews are so loud and obnoxious yelling at 6:45 in the morning is not a standard a resort should have. I am giving unsolicited advice since we were given a terrible unit, and it had a draft through the back door, and it was in 30s it sucked! I'm sorry Expedia recommended your resort to us, but it would have been more pleasant if you tell your leaf crew to rake in the morning as your paying guest need sleep not noise. I hate to say it "we" liked the new updated menu and the food in main dining room but do not like the setup as the bar was full and extremely noisy, no such thing as quiet dinner because there is no sound barrier between obnoxious alcohol driven madness that ensued the one night we ate there. That is why people do not come to the restaurant as families and adults with class don't like seeing drunks in public, your staff may handle it well, but it should not be even necessary. Dust flowing out of the vent as if just turned on for the season, Up stairs bath tub is cracked and sharp to the touch. Thanks for asking for our opinion. We would stay there again if "asked too" maybe in the spring but would leave if given a terrible viewless unit again. No sunset as you gave us the bottom of a hill. It is a not good unit

The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though.
