This smoke-free condo resort features a full-service spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a fitness centre, a bar/lounge and a poolside bar are on-site. Each condo boasts a fireplace and offers a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The resort is very nice and has amenities that are good. We found that the "daily refresh" from the cleaning staff was very inconsistent, sometimes they cleaned everything and took an hour, the next time they were inside for 5 mins and didn't replace all the towels. They also came too early sometimes...I'm on vacation, I don't want my room cleaned at 9:30am. I would also ask that the staff spoke more English, I do not speak Spanish and that was often a barrier. Lastly, some of the electrical was a bit out dated in our room. We had several plugs that didn't work especially around the bed. All in all good stay. Thank you!

What a great week we had at the Scottsdale Camelback. Our villa was perfect for our family, and offered daily housekeeping. The area was very close to all amenities, and was overall stunning!

The 3-bedroom Villa was very comfy and spacious, perfect for a family of 5! My kids enjoyed a lot the activities: swimming, minigolf, basketball, badminton, tennis, etc. I would certainly recommend and stay again at this property.

Room size was great, comfy bed, shower tub was a little tough to get in/out due to wide tiling. Great meals onsite. But was shocked at the price of a small handcream @ $6.51 USD 😳 It would have been $2 at the most elsewhere. Mini golf was fun as well. Did not travel with kids but there were lots of activities for them. Would def recommend and hope to return…

The resort has very spacious rooms in a great location. Check-in for week 2 had issues. We were told to leave our luggage in the room (we were is the same room for 2 weeks) while they cleaned but unable to access the room until after 4. Didn’t make sense. A few days the pool during the day was chaos with kids running around, jumping off railings, throwing noodles across deck etc. Staff at front desk were too busy to help enforce rules. Later in the day the front desk kicked a 14 year old girl quietly reading a book in the hot tub because she wasn’t 16? The poor kid was upset. The staff seem to enforce rules when it is convenient, the hot tub rules are archaic. The outdoor shower is hotter.

Overall, a perfect place to stay if you don’t want to leave the resort. Excellent for families. Suites are roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. Grounds are well maintained and lots of activities through the day. ~1.5 miles to Scottsdale fashion mall and Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.
