Excellent hotel, particularly for the (off-season) price. Everything worked perfectly, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all excellent. The hotel is well-located for transit/airport access, and within easy walking distance of quite a few attractions. There is also a fully stocked and functional kitchen and washer/dryer in the room, which made my long stay there even better. The only possible negative is that the room card stated that wifi isn't free. I had a local sim, so I didn't enquire as possible charges, etc. But if wifi is an issue for you, best check before booking.

Close proximity to the convention Center and to many restaurants on the river connected by interesting brigades. This hotel apartment is also close to Collin street and from there you get reach Elizabeth street. We booked one bedroom apartment but the room didn’t have a door (floor layout) and we requested a room with a separate room and were given a room right away. What was missing is an entrance friendly to families with strollers as we had to carry the stroller through the 5 -6 staple at the entrance. There is an individual left specific for individual(s) with special needs but it’s for people with strollers. The agents were kind and offered to get through the garage but it’s not that convenient. We usually don’t use room cleaning except once throughout the stay as we don’t need that much but when we had one we found our toothbrush’s in the middle of the sink, the room wasn’t cleaned and vacuumed ( bed was done tho) and the sofa bed wasn’t touched or organized. We didn’t bring this to the front as we didn’t want to cause any issue to the person who done the room but I think people should be aware. Overall, very good place and apart from the cleaning incidence we would stay again.

some construction opposite hotel in november 2018, so some noise. Very convenient location in tram free zone and close to a big train station, Flinders. small kitchinette.
