Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

Great area right across from beach...lots of restaurants in the area as well. Love the fact of having a room with a balcony. The concierge servive in the lobby is great when you are looking for something..they have all the answers.

Everything was excellent. The only negative feedback was how to find the hotel parking. That took us a while to find. Other than that, everything was good

Issues with the elevators, waited up to 15 minutes at times. Cleaning staff threw out my sons beach toy as they thought it was plastic for recycling. They had issues with the fire alarm which was their electrical issue so was going off for hours over night on the last night.

The hotel room was wonderful. I had called twice for some coffee supplies and they were very quick to deliver. The only complaint I have is to stop using the small single use plastic bottles for shampoo. A large wall mounted shampoo/conditioner dispenser is highly recommended to avoid so much plastic waste.

We booked this location as part of our family vacation. Awesome place!!! The staff, the hotel and pool are great!! Absolutely enjoyed our time and will return! Did I mention the beach and everything is walkable? This topped it off to be the best part of the vacation. :)
