This place Felt like home ! I enjoyed how quiet the property was. Rajni, the property manager is an excellent communicator and was available by WhatsApp or in person if ever I needed anything. My room was exceptionally clean upon arrival! I loved the serene pool area , perfect for reading a book or just taking a mid- day nap . Not to mention it’s just a 4 minute walk to Palm Beach ( and the Marriott hotel/ Starbucks) from the hotel . Finally the open air kitchen With beautiful sitting area was the cherry on top ! I did not want to leave and I can’t wait to be back ! Thank you Rajni and team

Good morning, We stayed in Aruba Laguinta from November 14th to 19th in apt 4. There were two beds, a double and twin. Both of us slept in the double and the twin was never touched. After our second night, both my friend and I started noticing cluster of bites on our bodies but assumed it was only mosquito bites. On our second last night, Sunday November 17th, we came home from the beach and my friend decided to take a nap in the twin bed. As she opened the comforter there was a living, large roach right in the middle. We couldn't believe what we just seen. At that point, we started to worry and panic and pulled the sheets off the double bed where we found many bugs along with bed bugs. We contacted the host, Fabiola, right away and sent her photos. We asked her to help us but she did nothing. She came in with a lot of attitude and did not attempt to assist us. She brought us sheets and left them outside. We asked her to change it and she looked at us, grabbed her phone, messaged someone and left. I could not believe the hospitality we were receiving. We have been sleeping in a unsanitary room for three nights and she did not seem to care. Our room was never cleaned, sheets and comforter never changed, and towels only changed when we asked. I don’t understand why we paid a cleaning fee if no one is cleaning our room. Should the sheets have been changed earlier, this could have been caught and the room fumigated but instead nothing was done. Compensation needed.

Great value and location

Very nice apartment close to palm beach. You will need a car though. The larger 2 bedroom room is much nicer and worth the extra money. If you are a kiter there is lots of room on the private porch for your gear and the room is very large as well. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a gem and if you have the opportunity you better run not walk! I was alone and felt so safe. The property is luxurious and clean. The only issue was I asked for late check out and nobody responded. I really needed an answer because my flight delayed.

Amazing Casita!

Loved this little casita hideaway. The room was bigger than expected and decorated well with a nice vibe. The shower was awesome and the room had a full kitchen. Joel, who welcomed me at the property did a great job explaining the property and everything around the place. My only recommendation to those who choose this place is I suggest getting a car. You're really too far to walk to anything beyond the Marriott area. Also, when it get's dark, you really can't walk to anything without getting creeped out crossing the dirt path to get to the resorts.

We had a wonderful experience at Lagunita . The owner Andrea was so graceful and friendly. Joel was exceptional. He was always there for all our requests. Such a pleasure to have met him so courteous and respectful. LAGUNITA was so clean, quiet it’s like a piece of heaven. We will return. Thanks again for this wonderful place. Bonus everything is within walking distance you have to wear protective sun gear and sun block. If you drive it’s perfect everything is nearby and it’s pretty safe driving just follow the rules.
