We throughly enjoyed our stay at One King West. The check-in process was very smooth. Caroline who checked us in was super helpful and accommodating of us. The property was beautiful and clean. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

I am so glad we booked with this hotel. We were very impressed with the service, easy valet parking, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It was super easy to use the PATH so we didn't have to walk in the freezing temperatures. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
