The location was terrific. The staff were not given the autonomy to solve problems, and so where there was an issue with broken appliances in my room, it took the staff a long time to resolve because they had to call various managers to determine how to resolve the issue. The facilities weren't well cleaned. The room was quite dusty and the pool and spa tub were quite dirty.

Great for business travelers on a long term stay. Would be nice to have a pair of slippers to walk around in. Also the walls had alot of dirt and scuff marks which gave the room a dirty feel as soon as you walked in. Besides that great place to stay and good location!

Location, location, location. Hotel s clean, modern and we'll furnished. Helpful front desk staff. Free laundry room access and free detergents. Ample restaurants and bars within few minutes walking distance. Three minutes walk to train station for 15 minutes trip to CBD of Sydney.

Fantastic stay at Quest at St Leonard’s

Aparthotel Quest was fantastic - excellent service, huge room, comfortable bed. well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a dryer. All bathroom products were of excellent quality, great coffee and tea replenished daily in the kitchen. Daily cleaning service was great and environment friendly option of planting a tree instead of cleaning the room , was offered, which we were happy to use on several occasions. It’s a short walking distance from Metro and Rail Station, with a great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. We felt like locals and would highly recommend this hotel and we’ll be happy to stay there again when we travel to Sydney.
