The women at the front desk downgraded our room... I did not want to give her my phone number but gave her my email. She was quite upset about that. She said she had to change something. She then removed the paperwork she had from the counter and printed a new page and wrote a different room # on it. Instantly, she was a new, happy person, giggling about holidays and so on. We then had a small room with no sofa. Quite bazarre really.

Older building but added character. Covered parking, large room, private, quiet from others and street noise! Great hot chocolate after a day of damp hiking. Would easily stay there multiple nights. Very affordable.

Nice hotel but not as shown in picture 'll

The hotel was fine, but the photograph on the website shows a different hotel set in a park like setting. This hotel was situated on relatively busy road (Leura Mall).

Great Location!

Easy walking distance to Leura and a short drive to the major sights / hiking trails. Spacious, one-bedroom apartment was very clean, but had a few miles on it. The staff were excellent and most helpful with responding to questions and dealing with the minor issues that arose. We would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great Location

Pros: This location is great as a base for seeing the Blue Mountains. We found the rooms to be a good size and the price was very fair considering the location. Air Conditioning worked great, and the balcony was nice to have. Staff were very friendly. There is some free wifi, but beware it is capped. Cons: Bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the fixtures, while clean and cared for, were aging.

Great hotel with apartment sized rooms

the room we had was lovely. Large, clean and very functional with a kitchen, fireplace and 2 balconies. The room was not cleaned daily which we didn't realize but we were only there for 2 nights. The town was awesome with fun little restaurants and lots of things to see and do within walking and short driving distances. overall a great experience.

Now mostly part of permanent accommodation but a very handy spot close to everything. Better signage needed when arriving by car as there is no where to park your car briefly while checking in to get access to the gated parking area for the accommodation. All a bit vague. We parked down the back in shared parking for a restaurant and residents then lugged our bags up a steep hill to reception after asking a resident where reception was.
