Not only do you pay for internet it’s the worst internet in the world. It wouldn’t work with my phone and kept logging out even when in use and on Skype calls. The women at the front desk was condescending about it Day 1. Then in the evening the guy was nicer but took 40 minutes to get the tech support and by that time I had to go for dinner meetings. The next day we sorted my laptop out kind of although tech support isn’t friendly or answer any questions. The bed wasn’t made day 1, day 2 poorly made, day 3 actually made. Day 2 the house keepers left a napkin in my living room that had fallen out of the cart and had brown stains on it there was no formal apology for that. The day of check out I was sent back to the room because no internet in he lobby to call uber. I got up there and she had checked me out after sending me upstairs which means no internet. Yeah! That actually happened. Gong show! They said management would get in touch but never got in touch and I found out upon arrival I could meet at 8am which was too late to leave for my flight. The manager still hasn’t spoken or emailed. The room doesn’t come with a coffee maker, the cupboards are ilprepared and the sofa is uncomfortable. Not to mention that the furniture needs a paint job or touch up. The internet was the most frustrating and the lack of support from management. They just didn’t care.
