Excellent service, one of the best locations

The staff is truly interested in customer's satisfaction. Very polite and friendly, the hotel is beautiful and super clean. I could see Burj Khalifa from my window. The hotel is located next to the metro station. Wifi is good. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Don’t count on doing work that requires internet connection. It’s 2018 and internet speed less than 1 mb. Paid internet ridiculously expensive and felt like a ripoff Otherwise very nice staff and good central location

Good choise

Fairly close to Dubai mall 8min by taxi which costs about 14 dirham $4 US. No restaurants around but the hotel resturant is a good option. Breakfast buffet is 69 dirham which is about $19 US is an excellent breakfast with many options. Make sure to try there humus and baba ganoush. Staff were super nice and helpful. Room facing the inside was quite. Not sure about room facing the Main Street.

Nice hotel near Metro.

This is a beautiful little hotel with staff that are exceptionally eager to assure your every need is met. The pool area is lovely and private. The lobby and Restaraunt are lovely and inviting. There are grocery stores on the block as well as an Eat and Drink Restaraunt with yummy inexpensive food. The metro is a 5 min walk. The hotel is central so a taxi isn't too pricey to most tourist spots from here.

Nice hotel in a good location

Very close to Business Bay station and one stop away from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, It is a clean and comfortable place. Internet works well.

Great night near Barj Khalifia

This hotel was super accommodating and very friendly. Absolutely no problems on my end. I travelled in the summer though and the strip they're on is quite hot outside.

Near the metro

Overall the hotel is a great deal. I had a living room with a separate big bedroom and a kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were eager to please. The price was also better than comparable hotels. The location is OK - it's close to Dubai Mall but a bit of a walk, but it's only two minutes from a metro stop, which is convenient for moving around the city. Other than the metro stop, it's a bit isolated from other things; this is the only negative.

Excellent. Was able to relax in pool and spa after a long day of travelling. They helped me with parking and we're very attentive. The only issue I had was that my room had a strong smell of cooked meat... I assume from previous guests that might have cooked some steaks on the stove.

スタッフが親切です。駅の改札までは7〜8分歩きます。改札が道路を挟んで反対側にあるからです。近くにスーパーマーケットやコーヒー屋、31アイスクリーム、バス停があります。ホテル裏の駐車場にはEAT&DRINKがあり、シュワルマが食べられます。美味しいです。タクシーが乗り入れるスペースもあるので便利です。掃除するスタッフはとても丁寧に仕事をします。

the property is long overdue for a renovation. We were quite surprised by the level of the rooms and the bathroom, which do not look like the photos in any way. the wood is old there is rust around the lanterns, carpets are worn out. The only good thing is breakfast. we are upgraded because we decided to leave in the middle of our stay. The rooms are capacious, but would close this down till it is renovated. staff is very helpful
