Very nice staff! Only complaints, hotel was old and there were no elevators. Had to climb three floors with heavy luggage.

It's not bad if you stay overnight. The room is really spacious, kitchen is good. Some concerns were raised about the bed and linen quality, but it turned out to be ok'ish. The listing mentioned an airport shuttle, but there is no airport shuttle anymore, so $15+$1 per bag were paid for taxi ride which is 5 min long. On the way back the hotel manager was generous to offer us a ride to the airport, and for that we are really grateful. We could have just walked back to the terminal (it's 20 min walk), but there is no acceptable pedestrian walkway neither.

Our stay was as planned, and the staff met all our needs. The tv channel selection was not the greatest and we lost the internet missing flight information the night before we left, however these were probably out of the hotels control. We would stay again.

The staff were very friendly, the price was great and literally a 10 minute walk from the airport. For no-frills work trips, it's perfect. Older property and the furniture's a bit worn out but all the appliances work (the A/C was cold) and rooms are huge with full kitchens. If staff are available, they'll hook you up with a free ride to the airport (drop-off only).

The hotel’s interior is old with decade’s old appliances. There was no cable TV and the Wi-Fi was slow due to overuse. The pool requires cleaning and there was ant infestation inside the room. The staff, however is amazingly cordial.

This hotel is extremely dirty. I saw some ants and hair around kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was mess as there was a lot of trash left around, and appliances had some stains and dust. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The TV was not connected and I could not watch anything. The property was really old, appliances and furniture were garbage. I was scared of how unclean it was that I thought I was going to get infected. This was the most terrible hotel I have ever stayed.

グアム空港でグローバルエントリーの面接の為2泊滞在。同じ料金帯でビーチ界隈にもホテルがありますが空港からの近さで2泊しました。 レンタカーを24時間借りました。車で5分です。歩けない距離ではありませんが、歩道がなく歩くのはかなり危険です。特に位時間は歩けないと思ったほうが良いです。 駐車場は敷地に面したところでも15台は止めれると思います。 部屋はかなり広く年季が入ってます。 枕やシーツ、シャワーカーテン、ベランダはかなり経過年数を感じました。 到着が深夜と言うこともあり、出発前日本の空港で飲み物買っていきましたが、チェックインする事務所でドリンク安く売ってました。コーラ1.5ドルとかだったので、こちらで購入しました。グアムなら安いと思います。 朝七時すぎのフライトでしたので朝五時に空港送迎をチェックイン時にお願いし無料で送ってくれました。5ドルチップ渡しました。 空港からの近さと送迎（ホテル→空港のみ）を踏まえるならありです。 困ったのはキッチン用具の清潔さと、小さなアリが大量にいた事ですね。 甘いものを置いとくとかなり集まります。 キッチンは大きいですがお湯を沸かすだけ利用しました。
