For the money (which was very reasonable), this was a very pleasant stay. The people in Toulouse city in general are extremely courteous and polite.

The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. Also, I would be happy if there was any English channel available on the TV in the room.

BEWARE

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

Nuit calme, hôtel bien situé

Deuxième séjour d'une nuit , l'hôtel a changé de nom mais c'est bien le même. Chambre propre et bien équipée même si il ne restait qu'une seule petite cuillère... Comme pour la première nuit, la salle de bain reste vétuste et la literie fatiguée. Sinon accueil souriant et hôtel proche supermarché, périphérique et centre-ville tout en restant dans une zone calme. Quelques avions mais nous sommes à Toulouse donc c'est normal 😊

Mon séjour a été a la hauteur de ce qu'il propose. Un très bon accueil, mais il a été omis d'indiquer et qu'il fallait des codes pour entrer en voiture ou même a pied le soir. L'interphone ne répondait pas. Heureusement qu'un autre résident à l'intérieur e été gentiment demander les codes pour moi. Il y avait également une trace plus que suspecte sur le radiateur de la chambre. Signalée et nettoyée quand demandé. Cependant, il n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce Hôtels.com qu'il s'agit d'un AppartHôtel et que le menage n'est pas fait au quotidien...

Such a wonderful apartment for the cost - everyone is war, hospitable and friendly. Fantastic room and kitchenette and bathroom for the cost. Love it! Aldi nearby. Staff very professional and pleasant. It's wonderland I've returned 6 times in the last year.

Excellent accueil par les 2 franco brésiliennes qui nous ont reçu chaleureusement et de façon très professionnelle. Studio agréable, permettant d'aller à pied au Zénith, et proche de commerces et du tramway. Chambre plus petite, et plus chère que dans d'autres Hôtels Zenitude.
