We were given a room in the basement. Our room was part of a fire hallway so our bathroom was detached from the room and at the end of the hall. The main bed in the room felt like it had been there for years, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the tiles, walls, and door. The vent was packed full of dirt/dust so it did nothing. The shower glass was not wide enough so the water from the shower just spilled out into the main part of the bathroom and flooded the floor. We did not have anyone tend to the room, replace towels, and toiletries in our 4 night stay. We asked twice about it and the reception just seemed confused on why it got skipped. No A/C in the rooms made it tough considering the heat while we were there. Overall not satisfied with the stay, the staff, or the cleanliness. I honestly can not think of a single thing about the hotel we enjoyed

The rooms were tidy and spacious which my family really appreciated. However, my brother caught a live bedbug in their room and I woke up with bites on my thighs and arms so it is safe to say that the hotel has bedbug problems.

Really great location, very convenient . Train , metro , coach station nearby. However, room is an all, still acceptable. But the bathroom is extremely small, almost to a point u almost can't close the door to use the toilet. Hot water is slow during shower. A bit nosiy with traffic outside especially early morning

Good location.Very close to Victoria Station. Property is not kept up. Windows are old so there is a lot of street noise. Bathroom was super small. Very little room inside the room. Space is taken up by beds. Four flights of stairs with no elevator (lift). That got old. Definitely overpriced and does not meet north american standards..

Our room looks NOTHING like the pictures displayed on the Expedia page. They showed cute little rooms with blue cushions etc. In our room everything is beige and brown and on some spots we see the paint peeling of the wall. We have a room with 2 single beds and they are one feet apart so no space at all to put our luggage. It's noisy, you can hear everyone who walks by the room, walks upstairs, opens the nearby rooms. We knew this was a budget hotel so we expected this kind of "no luxury" feel but it is still disappointing.

We made a last minute booking here on our final night in London, such a good decision. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and based in such a good location. I have already started recommending it to people for when they travel to London.

Nice hotel

We stayed overnight in hotel. Very slosed to Victoria station. Walking distance to bus stops, shops, attractions Hotel is clean. Our room was on the 4th floor. Thanks God that we didn't have any luggage with us except carry on . It is very difficult to get to the top floor with a suitcases. Overall it was nice short stay .

Great location. No frills.

A simple over night before catching a flight. Very close to bus station and train station, and is in safe area with a grocery store, wine bars, convenience stores near by. Our room had its own bathroom but it was through a hallway. Everything was was all relatively clean and modern. Had to pay for own wifi though. The room was also in the basement and right next to the street where there was lots of noise.

Great little hotel in excellent location!

We were three people staying in an ensuite triple room. The decor appeared to have been recently upgraded/renovated, so it was really quite nice. Beds were super comfy and it was excellent to have a heater since the weather made for a couple of chilly days. Being so centrally located (only just over 2 blocks from either the Victoria coach or the Victoria train station) made this an absolutely IDEAL location for our short stay in London. We had a person in our party with mobility issues and he had no trouble whatsoever getting to and from the hotel. We were also lucky to have a ground floor room which we had requested for this reason since there are no lifts in the facility. As London hotels go, this one was an excellent choice for us! We were more than pleasantly surprised with the room and certainly very pleased with its location. Every kind of shop, service, or mode of transportation we would need was within a very easy walking distance. We would certainly choose to stay here again should our travels take us back to London.

We have spent four nights in a four bed economy room in this hotel in December 2023. The hotel is located very centrally and there are many cafés and Shops in the surrounding area. You can reach all of the famous attractions in London very quickly using public transfer. Our four bed room was very small, the beds and especially the pillows were not comfortable at all. The window was so thin, you could hear and feel every gust of wind. The bathroom was not located inside of our room, we had to go down a hallway to reach it. The bathroom was very very cold and humid (as well as the bedroom). There was a weird canalisation-like smell in the stairway and last but not least, the walls are very thin so you could hear everything that happened inside the house (I recommend earplugs if you want to get some sleep). Concerning the very low price and the fact that we were really only in the hotel at night, the experience was fine. All in all, for people who do not plan to spend much time inside their hotel room and who choose a very good and central location over comfort, this hotel is good.
