It's just behind Carlton hotel, in a very respectful area. Close to the beach and all hi-end boutiques. Rooms are nice, clean and big. Staff is very friendly. We really liked it.

Love the location of this hotel! The service at the front desk was amazing! The rooms were very clean. We didn’t have a lot of toilet paper supply, soaps or cleaning detergent, but other than that our stay was amazing, rooms were very big and fit our family of 5.

Very good apartment style accommodations especially for families with young kids. Enjoyed the bunk beds, pool and very close to beach, shopping, restaurants. The only problem was poor wifi connection.

Location is great and the place was clean and A/C worked well. The apartment was however very tiny and not suitable for two people as it was marketed for. I have rented apartments/studios before and there were always some basic things for the first day or two provided such as soap, toilet paper etc. not in this location. WiFi was hit and miss and super slow.

Affordable sleeping in the centre of Cannes

We needed a place to sleep for 3-4 nights. Cannes is very busy in August so it is hard to find a clean place that is not overpriced and on a short notice. This place worked fine for us. It is not really a classic hotel, but more like a residential room rental but it was ok.

It's our second time at the resideale.. We love it there.. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Great location .. Minutes from beach and great shopping! Rooms are comfortable.. Well equipped kitchen.. Only downfall is found the rooms were extremely dusty .. Not sure if it came grom ducts or outside.. Overall was great and we will definately being vacationing there again!!!

good hotel in great location at reasonable price

We were delighted by staying in Resideal in Cannes. While all hotels in the neighbourhood are very expensive, out of our budget, resideal offers very good quality for very reasonable price and is located in absolutely great spot, next to the famous promenade and few steps from the beach. Of course, the disadvabtage is that you need to clean the room yourself and no towel exchange or cleaning during the stay is provided, but we understand that this is the "cost of the low price" of resideal. We recommend it strongly to everybody, travellers, families with and without children, business people... very good choice.

Sentralt med fint uteområde og basseng. Ligger rett bak Carlton og strandpromenaden. Vi hadde 2 et leilighet med plass til 3 voksne og 2 barn i 6 et. Havglimt. Bad med toalett i 2 et og toalett nede, samt kjøkken. Nytt sengetøy og håndklær kan byttes gratis etter 1 uke. Anbefales hvis du syns det er ok å ordne opp selv. Frokost kan bestilles. Må kaste søppel, vaske opp, koste gulv, ta av sengetøy mv før du drar ellers koster det ekstra. 85 euro for leilughetstypen vi hadde. Safe koster 25 for en uke eller 5 euro pr natt. 9 damer hadde 3 leiligheter og alle kunne bodd her igjen.

Quatrième année que nous séjournons au Resideal. Résidence hyper bien située, tout est proche (plage, commerces, Croisette). Piscine Chauffée, accès au jacuzzi et sauna sur réservation.

We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. This year I found some reception staff less than helpful. The pool was full of sand, murky and did not appear to have been cleaned.
