Hyatt Regency Dubai

The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. The variety was little and tasted average. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

The hotel had excellent facilities and is located near the Gold Souq metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in The Kitchen restaurant was top class.

Probably one of the worst stays of my life as they wanted name of all guests at checkin or they said we won’t be able to check in. Even hotels.com customer care team was not able to help. Finally I had a look for another hotel and Hyatt even offered refund.
