The place is not accurate with the pictures shown on the website. It’s old and, but you’re paying what you get. Afordable and convenient close to a metro line that takes directly to Paris.

The heat was turned off the second day of my stay and I was given different stories about why that happened but no solution. I asked for a space heater or extra blankets and was offered a sheet. It was only after I asked for a refund that a space heater miraculously appeared. The unit I was in was in need of a refresh. The lady working the desk during the day was amazing to deal with but sadly that isn’t who I dealt with regarding the heat issue. I wish I had a more positive experience as the location is convenient and the neighbourhood is alright too.

Good budget apartment.

The reception staff were excellent. The apartment itself was clean and quite well equipped. Shower was very good and when we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Very comfortable bed. Ready for a redecoration..Not soundproofed. The location is convenient for Metro 11 route, which is useful. Bakeries, cafés and a few eateries close by.

Our stay was great. The location was very convenient for transportation and available shops for groceries and baking. The hotel itself was good. Could use a little bit of a refresh. The air conditioning wasn't the greatest, but considering this is something difficult to find in Paris, it was better than nothing. That said, talking to locals it was hotter than normal during our stay, so maybe the machine had trouble keeping up. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was much better than in the room. Definitely take advantage.We would definitely stay again.

I'd love to be back here

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment hotel. It was in a very nice and calm neighborhood close to the inner city. I felt safe in the area and there were good connections with a lot of busses, tram and metro. Sadly, metro line 11 was closed at the time of our stay due to renovations, but it was still not much of a hastle to get around. There was a lot of food options in the area. I saw two halal boucherie and a kosher boucherie close by. There were a lots of grocery stores, restaurants, boulangeries and cafés. A nice park a short walk away that had quite a well equipped playground. I got the impression that the area over all was quite wealthy and low crime rate. The room was in a bit of a rough shape, a bit old, but nothing to complain about. The kitchen was well equipped and even a little freezer box in the fridge. Maybe a bit dirtier than what it could have been but it was absolutely not a problem for me. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no way to lessen the visibility though the big windows except by completely darken it out with the heavy curtains. I would have loved if there was some kind of blinds that you could use as something in between if you want some privacy. The staff was very nice. A bit hard, and took some time, to get in contact with the hotel before my stay. The online check in was quite unclear but it resolved in the end.

J’ai passĂ© quelques jours dans cet Ă©tablissement et mon ressenti est mitigĂ©. Les points positifs : ‱ L’endroit est calme, idĂ©al pour se reposer. ‱ Le personnel est trĂšs sympathique et accueillant. ‱ Les appartements sont globalement bien amĂ©nagĂ©s et agrĂ©ables Ă  vivre. Les points nĂ©gatifs : ‱ La literie est vraiment Ă  revoir : le lit m’a donnĂ© mal au dos tout le sĂ©jour. ‱ L’isolation sonore laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. J’entendais clairement les bruits venant de l’appartement du dessus, notamment une machine Ă  laver en marche Ă  4h du matin. ‱ La VMC s’active automatiquement Ă  08h30 chaque matin. En semaine, ça passe, mais le week-end, ça rĂ©veille. Si l’établissement amĂ©liore la literie et l’isolation phonique, ce serait un endroit vraiment top !

Excellent appart hĂŽtel avec tout le nĂ©cessaire (et mĂȘme un peu plus) pour s'y installer. Bon matelas, bonne salle d'eau et kitchenette bien dotĂ©e. Le personnel Ă  l'accueil (Sandra, Pablo,...) est d'une grande gentillesse. Excellente situation prĂšs du mĂ©tro de la ligne 11 (le centre de Paris [hĂŽtel de ville ou ChĂątelet] est Ă  moins de 30 minutes sans correspondance) et de l'hĂŽtel de ville des Lilas. Bon quartier avec de trĂšs nombreux commerces. Seule petite difficultĂ©, la procĂ©dure de post-enregistrement aprĂšs la rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© un peu compliquĂ©e. Avant de l'entamer, il faudrait expliquer qu'il n'est pas possible de l'effectuer avec un computer qui ne dispose pas d'une camĂ©ra. Il est prĂ©fĂ©rable d'utiliser un smartphone. Trop de message en anglais.

Super place bien placĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un mĂ©tro (Mairie des Lilas) Le matelas de la chambre 12 (un des lits jumeaux) devrait ĂȘtre changĂ©. Personnel super accueillant avec cafĂ© Nespresso a volontĂ© a la rĂ©ception.
