There was an issue with the C02 detector beeping in my original room - was an issue trying to get a hold of a real person to switch room. Once the room was changed everything was pleasant and comfortable.

Lovely hotel

Loved this hotel! Beautiful spacious nicely decorated room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could ask for, all complimentary. Conveniently located near the train station, many dining options and tourist attractions, including old town. Nice restaurant/bar in the hotel. Complimentary luggage storage lockers. Had a glitch with virtual check-in but they were readily available by phone.

Very nice, recently renovated, well-priced. Within walking distance from the train station and the main sites. The self-serve check-in/out works great (assuming you have cell service). Offering free luggage storage lockers if the room isn’t ready is brilliant.

This was a lovely little spot! I mostly enjoyed the decor, the bed comfort (not the pillow!), the english tv channels and the free drinks and crisps. My only complaint was the room was a bit hot and it was too noisy to keep the window open (the provided ear plugs didn't help). I could have maybe asked the staff for a fan but as there was no one at the desk I didn't bother with the extra step to reach out.

The rooms were cute and cozy and the included amenities were a nice touch. Although the online check in was a bit frustrating at first, we actually liked having a PIN for access and not worrying about having/losing a key card.

A beautiful place to stay in Salzburg! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a historic and elegant feel and high ceilings, the bed was comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom had beautiful tile and finishings and a large walk in shower. The hotel also had a gorgeous restaurant/bar that had incredible food! The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection and lots of options for coffee preferences. Great location to everything, and a value for the price, would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely boutique hotel with modern yet classic vibe. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we had a balcony with a table and chairs that added to the ambience. The bar and restaurant areas were tastefully decorated and were warm and inviting.

The property was lovely. Unfortunately due to recent renovations the air conditioning was not operating properly and our visit was during very warm weather. The staff was wonderful! We would highly recommend the Mozart and return to it.

The property is under construction. The room we stayed in was very nice although there were features of it that were not finished and there were a few details missing - a waste basket, facial tissues, instructions on how to use the heating and cooling. The staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Breakfast is adequate. We found out later they were making additional hot food to order, but were never told that. The location is convenient for walking. Parking is secure but a ten minute walk away.

Wer Ruhe sucht und nicht jeden Tag übertriebenen Handtuchwechsel braucht und Zimmermädchen, die unnötig das Bett machen, ist hier genau richtig. Wer trotzdem alle paar Tage neue Handtücher braucht, kann sie sich abholen. Das mit dem Türcode klappt wunderbar. Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Altstadt und der Bahnhof ist auch in nur 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.
