The property needs a good upgradation. Roaches and Ants in the kitchen. The toilets were not cleaned properly. Not enough toiletries were supplied for a week of stay. The washer and dryer were dirty. Please take these all under consideration before booking this condo. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Awesome front view, some good fast food and restaurants are within walking distance. 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Universal Studio.

Closest I’ve ever been to leaving a reservation. Dirty room, mechanical room left open and it was disgusting, lots of water damage, couldn’t get simple toiletries after 3pm (after a day at the parks), very out of date. Stayed here 8yrs ago but this is not the same place. Unfortunately this will be our last time at this resort.

Family trip to Disneyland

We waited for our room from 1030am -345 until we had to call and ask what is going . They never communicated we us . They are not at the property, they work from another property.

Loved the pool and Tikki bar and food menu. Always lots of chairs to access. Underground parking was great. View from our patio overlooking the lake was stunning. The walkways and pool area lit up at nite which was beautiful to see. Loved the 80’s music playing at pool deck. The only thing which was inconvenient was the unit itself didn’t have all the amenities like a kettle, large enough cooking dishes, dishwasher was old and didn’t clean dishes well, patio door was hard to open, unit itself was dated and bathrooms itself old and tiles dirty looking and worn. Overall, unit was clean. Appreciated the washer and dryer.

Sugar Ants in the Kitchen

We had to switch rooms because of an infestation of sugar ants in the kitchen. The ants were coming in from the outlest on the wall and were all over our food that we were preparing for dinner. The hotel staff was very good about accomodating us, and moved us right away. We had heard from some other guests that they were having the same issue with the ants in their condo units as well.

Everything was great beside the fact that all the beds had really thin sheets as blankets (no comforters, or thicker blankets) and when we asked the front desk, we were told they had no such thing. We ended up using towels to keep warm at night.

The place was clean, spacious, the only bad part was a renovation crew was jack hammering the floor above us all day for three days. Also on the weekend local people came to party and played music all day off a balcony. Should have been stopped

The area is great. Pool, mini golf , on site atar bucks great BUT the room had little ants. And the furniture was grungie. The carpets too were not clean. The bed and the bathroom were clean. It is a shame because the location was great

Location and view terrific, otherwise if you remember 1970, or would like to visit 1970, this is the spot! Staff are friendly, unit was not cleaned in the 15 days i was there except by me. But the view and location make it worth a return trip.

Poor property maintenance

Do not stay here if you are at all wanting basic cleanliness. Plus the name is misleading, there is no beach. Be aware this is not a hotel. Cleaning is not done during your stay, so if you are expecting cleaning of any type, including towels, more essentials like toilet paper, garbage emptying, it is on you. Our room had an number of deficiencies, the worst being mold in the bathroom and kitchen vents. We asked to have this addressed during our stay and nothing was done. The cleaning upon entering your room is very bad... dust everywhere and decrepit furniture, appliances and stained towels and bedding. Our tubs were clogged for our entire stay, balcony screen was broken and main bathroom door handle always fell off/was broken. Very surprised about the reviews stating otherwise. It is understandable that properties age with time but they should still be maintained acceptably. We are reasonable vacationers and basic maintenance, personal health and cleanliness should never be questioned when you pay for a place to vacation.
