Good apartment with all equipment for your stay.

The apartment is on a good and new area. With many shop around and 15 minutes walk to downtown. Service is no existing because this is a apartment not a hotel.

Very comfortable, bright, clean, welcoming apartment in a very good location, close to subway. Grocery store was a farther away but still walkable distance. Customer service was excellent as they had agents on site and they were responsive. The washing machine did not work but they offered us the use of the washing machine in their office. A user guide in English for appliances would have been helpful.

The room was great, the complex is very close to transit, there are a bunch of nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the staff and reception are very helpful. The apartments are also a close walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum and many others.

Hotel is in a brand new building with all appliances and necessities. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff were excellent. We loved the bed and had great sleep. The staff went out of their way to help us find local transportation and Ubers. In particular Olgierd was very helpful--even though we were running late, he reassured us that he would wait for us so that we could check-in without any problems. When we arrived, he told us all about the neighbourhood and really made us feel like we were at home. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Warsaw.

Short stay in warsaw

Nice full serviced apartment. This is not a hotel so don't expect a front desk etc, More like airbnb. Awkward to check In and get the keys. Very good value for money and convenient to airport bus 175 to airport and to old town. I'd stay there again, but my wife thought surrounding neighbourhood was a little run down.

All 3 of the workers were amazing! Joanna, Olgierd, and Andrzej. Housekeeping as well. They were quick, clean, and efficient. One helpful tip, make sure to request for a room with AC. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The Vietnamese spot in the plaza was delicious. There was a market nearby as well which I frequented often.

Nice apartment, close to the metro and tram. Good facilities in the apartment. Very noisy though as opposite a building site that starts at 6am and a courtyard with other blocks with loud music blaring out from various balconies. Apartment also had a fly issue.

Just fantastic from start to the end. The only thing we were missing was aircondition. The temperature was 34 deg C and the apartment was a bit hot. There was a big floor fan there we used and kept us cool. We will recommend this company to all who need a place to stay in Warszawa
