The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

Excellent location minutes from anywhere in the city. Parking on site very useful. Modern, well equipped rooms with decent kitchenette and bathroom with bath. Real bonus was the spacious terrace where we were able to eat and rest in good weather

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location situated in the wonderful city of Annecy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was right in the centre of the city and reasonably priced, with all equipment you would expect from a good aparthotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful!!! The family suite was clean and so much bigger than we thought it would be. There was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wouldn't definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The location is really great. Right in the middle of Annecy city centre. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late, but it was easy to check in and enter the hotel because of a check-in machine outside the entrance.
