Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

Kamer had een aparte geur badkamer was vies en er was geen warm water. Na geklaagd te hebben kregen we een nieuwe kamer. Alleen hadden we daar geen wifi. Dit hebben we gemeld maar hier is niks mee gedaan. Het ontbijt was ook zeer slecht beperkte opties.

L’établissement est excentrĂ© des animations nocturnes, commerces, bars, restaurants
 Il n’y a pas de restaurants ou activitĂ©s aux alentours, ni dedans. On Ă©tait condamnĂ© Ă  aller un peu plus loin pour dĂ©jeuner ou dĂźner ou alors on devait manger au snack de l’hĂŽtel qui est un peu cher pour ce que c’est et surtout ce n’est pas trĂšs ragoĂ»tant. De plus le chef de salle de ce snack ou responsable est extrĂȘmement dĂ©sagrĂ©able
 Il faut savoir que l’établissement n’a que sa piscine de sympathique Ă  proposer, mais malheureusement elle n’est pas rĂ©servĂ©e qu’aux clients de l’hĂŽtel, et ce n’est pas trĂšs agrĂ©able du fait de l’énorme affluence autour jusqu’à 22h. La salle de sport n’est qu’un bungalow (conteneur) au fond d’une coure qui reste fermé Tout ce que vous devez payer par CB est taxĂ© de 5% en plus des taxes btw et des frais de services. De plus une caution de 100€ en espĂšces est demandĂ©e contrairement Ă  d’autres Ă©tablissements
 Il faut prĂ©voir 50€ quand mĂȘme pour le spa. Au niveau des chambres le rĂ©glage de l’eau est alĂ©atoire entre trĂšs chaud et trĂšs froid, impossible d’obtenir une bonne tempĂ©rature en revanche les lits sont confortables, l’agent d’accueil est un jeune homme trĂšs agrĂ©able et le petit dĂ©jeuner est bien.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool. The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt. U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.

Choisissez un autre hĂŽtel !

Que de dĂ©ception dans cet hĂŽtel : - Piscine de l'hĂŽtel bondĂ©e de monde venant de l'extĂ©rieur la journĂ©e, le Jacana fait piscine municipale pour la ville et l'eau est trĂšs trouble montrant un manque de propretĂ©. Matelas des transats de piscine terriblement sales, c'est dĂ©gueulasse ! Les parasols idem ! Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine et c'Ă©tait trĂšs bruyant a cause de la population locale qui s'installait dĂšs le matin sur les transat et les tables de terrasse, beaucoup de musique trĂšs forte et des cris, des odeurs de cigarette et d'alcool Ă  mĂȘme notre balcon. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs trĂšs gĂȘnĂ©s par ce fort brouhaha constant. Et lorsque que nous avons tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception un soir vers minuit quand nous n'en pouvions plus du bruit, la rĂ©action de la rĂ©ceptionniste nous a laissĂ© sans voix : elle a soufflĂ© fort dans le tĂ©lĂ©phone et ne disait plus rien. Nous la dĂ©rangions en fait. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel. HĂŽtel Ă  fuir de toute urgence ! - Une attente absolument interminable au restaurants, a aucun moment de la semaine nous avons mangĂ© nos 4 plats ensemble au mĂȘme moment. Une attente de plus d'une heure Ă  chaque fois pour une salade verte ou des pĂątes ! Honteux. MĂȘme un soir, ma famille avait terminĂ© de manger et je n'Ă©tait toujours pas servie, nous n'en pouvions plus d'attendre. Souvent il y a eu des oublis de nous donner des couverts, au petit-dĂ©jeuner comme au dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner. Et j'ai encore plein de choses Ă  dire mais il n'y a plus de place !!!

I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
