Stay here!

Great place to stay in Cesky Krumlov. Super friendly and helpful check in. Was recommended places to eat for breakfast and dinner and both were perfect. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the castle.

Excellent location in Old Town, everything is close by and easily walkable. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four and our views from our windows was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Parking is no longer free as per what previous reviewers stated. Price for parking was not clearly communicated. It’s evident that they overcharge and make money from it. Make sure to find out price before going. The website gives illusion of a warm, friendly pension owned by Cesky Krumlov family but reality was owners are not there and they have staff who sell in their small shop downstairs between 9-6 who give you the key. They make a point of making sure you arrive and leave within those times to accommodate them. We were disappointed. Was not what we were expecting.

Hotel close to the castle

Here is our overall experience: 1. The phone number posted by the hotel is incorrect. When I called to arrange a taxi pickup from the bus station, the man at the other end told me to dial another number. 2. The front desk is not knowledgeable about the terrain of the area. From the bus station to the hotel is downhill, but the front desk said to go uphill, which is the opposite direction. 3. The front desk is a gift shop that is only open from 8am to 6pm. There is no one on duty outside these hours. 4. The entrance is completely obstructed by gift shop stands. One entry door is open, the other door remains locked shut. The door is very narrow, barely fitting the width of a person. Stairs at the entry door makes moving luggages extremely difficult. There is no elevator. Access to rooms is through stairs only. There is no ramp for luggages. Entry, lobby, and staircase are all very tight spaces, but the hotel staff does not help carry your luggage. 5. For two people, the hotel provides one regular bed cover. The other bed cover is much narrower, thinner, and shorter. It only covers a person from the chest to the ankles. It is very bothersome and causes you to catch a cold. Towels for the shower is also one regular size, and the other one much smaller. The hotel provides no explanation and no remedy to this issue. 6. Instant coffee and tea bags are not provided. 7. The room is spacious and clean. All heat radiators are working well.

Good location hotel

Hotel location is good. The hotel is a small place with few rooms only. The room has kitchen facilities. Walking distance from the bus station and to the main attraction. Only thing to note is that you have to carry light as there is no lift. I got the 3rd floor unit which is the top floor. Fortunately I only had a small luggage.

너무 멋진 숙소였습니다! 리셉션의 직원분은 너무나 친절하였고 무거운 제 캐리어를 방까지 올려다주셨어요. 방 내부는 굉장히 청결한 상태였고 방에서 보는 체스키의 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다! 체크인 할 때 체스키에서 가볼 만한 곳을 추천해둔 지도도 같이 주셔서 다음 날 아침도 맛있는 곳에서 먹었습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 와서 묵고싶을 정도로 좋은 곳이었어요!
