The location of the property is excellent. Andre is awesome and answered our questions and gave good recommendations. Kids enjoyed the pool air conditioning worked great. It was very hot in Porto.

Very nice apartment. Great location in historic Porto. Front desk was exceptionally helpful. Parking was a slight hassle, but understandable for historic region of a major city. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic start right dead center in Porto. Staff was present, helpful and responsive. Pool was cold and refreshing in winter - would be a huge feature in summer. Porto is such a wonderful town and this apartment was perfect for our family of five. And we appreciated the carafe of port waiting for us on arrival.

We had an amazing time here. The apartment had everything we needed. It was just across the street from the main apartments. It was very close to the main attractions of the city, most were within walking distance. Porto itself is beautiful but has very steep hills. The bar and small pool area was lovely (the pool itself was cold but actually lovely to cool down in on a hot day) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lying by the pool having beer and cocktails brought to you was superb. I'd recommend asking for the bar tender's sangria cocktail. We felt very looked after. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Pipadouro was a great landing pad for our trip to Porto. We stayed for 4 nights in the garden view room and were pleased with the cleanliness, awesome water pressure in the shower, and super accommodating staff. Concierge gave us a thoughtful tour of the property, arranged our 2:30am transportation to the airport, and even annotated a map with all of the best views/restaurants/historical landmarks/shopping/grocery/etc. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the beds. We found them to be really firm and somewhat uncomfortable. However, the stay overall was really pleasant and the pool was a great amenity after a long day of exploring the city.

Quiet location, amazing views from the pool area especially at night, even from unit windows a small church can be seen, yet many restaurants nearby. Very nice renovations - modern, spacious. Our mezzanine unit, Heating equipment installed on the ceiling sensing air temp there; lower level cold for me - had to double up the duvet. Italian style coffee maker has to be watched and stopped - it's not automatic stop. Rainy season; towels stayed damp after 24hrs - we hang them on upper level railing...

Loved where it was located. Very funky, roomy and cute apartment. Had a fabulous courtyard and large kitchen. The bed was very hard, we understand it was new...however they did send us a thin feather bed. We actually used the mattress from the sofa bed and it worked like a charm. There was a leak above the fridge and microwave that they could not figure out. It was constant and made the floor wet, they could have done more to keep it at bay such as provide bigger buckets but they did listen to our complaint regarding it. The people at the front desk were very good. Besides that we loved it! Would recommend...

10/10 immaculate apartment with stunning views

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The views were stunning, apartment was spotless and reception staff were so friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations which were spot on. The apartment itself was a great size, perfectly clean and nice and quiet at night with views for miles over the river. You have a full kitchen and good sized fridge and ice box freezer should you want to cook, plus all crockery and utensils etc. I didn’t use the bar or pool as I couldn’t tear myself away from the balcony views for long enough, but saw the pool being frequently cleaned and there seemed to be plenty of sun loungers and seating. You get daily housekeeping which is a nice touch for an apartment too. There’s also a lookout point around the corner that gives you a slight different angle on the same views which is wonderful too. Just a few minutes walk (down some cobbled steps!) and you’re in the heart of the historic centre too. I am already planning my next trip and will be staying here again!
