I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my Expedia number booking reference and they said they don't deal with Expedia. I talked to the manager and he said he would cancel my hotel if they eventually found my reference number. They did find my reference number and said they would cancel my hotel, I have not received a credit yet. I called Expedia and let them know the situation and they said they would follow up with the hotel let me know in seven days, it's been three weeks and I have heard nothing Could somebody please get back to me and confirm that I'm getting a refund for a hotel I didn't use because the hotel said they did not deal with Expedia and did not have a reference number that I gave them.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet for such a busy airport, making it easy to get some rest between flights. Very convenient being right in the airport. The service was great. Was a little more on the expensive side but was worth it to not have to worry about going through customs again and being at the airport 2 hours early.

We had a short stay in Dubai while in transit back home from Cairo, only 7 hrs (mid nite to 7am). What a pleasure it was to have the hotel onsite to catch some sleep before carrying on. Hotel staff met me at my gate with a sign with my name on it so he could not be missed he guided me from one terminal to the other and made my transit stress-free handling the bags for me which came in a little cost dollarwise but was well worth it I highly recommend it to friends and family

Not able to access hotel

Can not tell you since was not able to stay. First there was no information that you must stay airside to use this hotel, second someone took my suitcase by mistake meaning I had to pass immigration to go landside to retrieve my luggage. It was not then allowed to go back airside as had no boarding pass for a flight, arriving boarding pass does not get you back to airside. The time was then 2am so had to find another hotel at extra expense.

This is a transit hotel! That fact is currently listed as point number 7 out of ten in “Things you need to know about this hotel”. I didn’t read that far before booking. Wasn’t able to check in. No assistance or support was provided by Expedia or hotel staff.
