Location is just outside the city and the tram is just outside the door so very convenient. Love the walk on the promenade and close to restaurants. Easy and convenient close to Cite du vin and you have parking for 8€. Deal! Location is great to jump on the highway to wine country. Service is great, breakfast too and they speak English which is a bonus.

Nice Hotel, close to the Musee du Vin in a new district of Bordeaux. Closed to downtown with a trolley right outside the Hotel. Friendly staff, clean, quiet and a pleasant breakfast. I will be back

Buena habitación, sofá cama para 2 adolescentes, cocina suficiente, buena cama, aparcamiento exterior (en mi caso clave por llevar equipaje de techo) situación excepcional a 5 min a pie de Cité du Vin y tranvía al centro a 2 min a pie. Y personal de recepción fantástico.

Le séjour sest bien passé. Le personnel au top. Juste sur expedia ce n'était pas précisé que le parking etait payant. La chambre etait propre et confortable. Les chambres étaient bien insonorisés

Nous avons bien été accueillis. Le logement était propre avec une bonne literie et très calme. L’hôtel est à proximité du tramway, ainsi que des bars et boîtes de nuit, idéal pour un réveillon. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme.

Muy buen apartamento al lado de la cite du vin

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva el apartamento era suficientemente amplio para una pareja la cocina tenía menaje para dos, para poder cocinar y comer y en general estaba todo en muy buen estado!! La cama muy cómoda y grande , lo único malo la distancia al centro pues es necesario transporte público!!

Tout s'est très bien passé. L'accueil était sympathique, l'hôtel est propre, calme et bien entretenu. Le seul bémol est un détail, il n'y a pas de prise usb pour recharger son portable. Je recommande l'établissement.

Confortable mais des éléments à revoir

Séjour de 2 jours pour examens. Logement propre et confortable. Malheureusement, gros problème au niveau de approvisionnement en eau chaude, impossible de prendre une douche digne de ce nom, et personne à l'accueil passé 19h. Dommage, cela contraste vraiment avec le confort de la chambre. L'absence de "garde de nuit" est vraiment regrettable puisqu'en plus d'éventuels problèmes techniques, les nuisances nocturnes de locataires peu scrupuleux dégradent la qualité de l'établissement.

Apartamento top, muy recomendable

Apartamento comodo, limpio, luminoso. Ha superado nuestras expectativas de largo. El personal de recepción es extremadamente amable, hablan con fluidez ingles y se defienden en español. La habitación es muy espaciosa con grandes ventanales, cama king size top ( de las mas comodas que he probado en mi vida) y sofa cama muy comodo. La zona de cocina tiene vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera con congelador y todo lo necesario para las cuatro personas que nos ospedamos. El baño tiene una ducha con agua muy caliente. Todo estaba súper limpio tanto habitación como toallas y ropa de cama. Hay smart tv de 32 pulgadas y conexión wifi. No se escucha nada de las habitaciones cercanas. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora y nos dejaron usar el parking toda la jornada el día de nuestra salida. La recepción cierra a las 19:00 pm. El parking cuesta 10 euros diarios pero sino quieres pagar hay aparcamiento gratuito por la zona. Parada de tranvía a 100 metros que te deja en el centro ya que andando hay 30 o 40 minutos. A 100 metros también está el mercado gastronómico de Les Halles, donde puedes probar comida de la zona. A 400 metros hay un carrefour city. Solo puedo poner una pega, que a unos 50 metros hay una sala de exposiciones/discoteca y el fin de semana ae escucha un poco los graves de la música, aunque a nosotros no nos molestó para dormir. Hemos estado en diciembre hacia mucho frio en la calle pero en todo el hotel se estaba de maravilla, bien climatizado. Volveré sin duda.
