Not super accurate to the pictures; a little more run down! Make sure you do your dishes; and take out your garbage before you leave! Super great location, very close to both train stations; maybe a bit dirty outside (but close to the main mall and a huge grocery store) super helpful and kind staff! Reception is closed from 12-1 everyday and after 10pm! Maybe sure you make arrangements with them if you’re arriving midday or early!

Don't stay here if you have a car!!

We booked this hotel because it was close to Lille International. We had rented a car in Lille two weeks earlier and planned to return it the next day. Our reservation said parking was available. When we arrived we asked about parking, the desk clerk said it was all gone, but we could park in the Lille parking lot for 24 hours for 27 Euros. We also checked on street parking, 3 hours for 4 Euros from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. In the end we left the hotel because we couldn't park our car. I hope to get our money back from hotels.com as the ad said parking available.

Nice location and good amenities

Hotel is between Lille two station. Nice amenities at the studio and nice view of the city, everything look like new. I am very satisfy with the overall property but only to mention that if you are arriving after 10pm, the front desk close at 9pm. If you manage to getting the fist door, there is a white phone on the left side near the safe box and a number to call to get your pin to open the safe box where the receptionist leave your room keys with electronic batch to open the second door and the elevator. Is not well explain but this is the function of this white phone. Hopefully one guest open the door and I got on the building.

Don't expect much!

(1) No soap only shampoo is available; (2) Safe did not work; (3) House keeping only weekly. (4) Fridge freezer was not defrosted; (5) Across from train station noise is audible around 6:00 AM. (6) We were charged a local tax on check out. There is one positive thing about it, it is located next to a biggest supermarket.

Super bien situé !

Établissement toujours choisi pour son emplacement.... Le check-in est très bien et pour le départ, on a pu laisser nos bagages à la réception. Très pratique et le personnel est très gentil et compréhensif.... On recommande fortement si vous voulez 1 séjour à Lille sans soucis !

Excellent rapport qualite prix

Je recommande cet hôtel dont le rapport qualite/prix est excellent. La petite kitchenette repond aux attentes des voyageurs. Bouteille d'eau, café, thé à disposition à l'arrivée. Literie de qualité. A proximité de la gare, on l'aperçoit de la fenêtre et pourtant aucune nuisance sinore. Personnel disponible.

Un hotel parfaitement bien situé à Lille tout proche des 2 gares. L'établissement est très bien entretenu et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans superflu. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.
