Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to River Mountain Lodge by Breckenridge Hospitality for a drink at the bar/lounge and comforts including an outdoor pool and a steam room. Each apartment provides a dryer and a microwave, plus a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A hairdryer, a phone and an iron/ironing board are among the other amenities that guests will find. Housekeeping is available on request.
River Mountain Lodge by Breckenridge Hospitality offers 56 accommodations with a hairdryer and an iron/ironing board. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels. Microwaves and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit and complimentary toiletries. Very Good

Nice room, good beds, great location. We had seen some negative reviews but I don't get those, that wasn't our takeaway. Sure it isn't the most modern looking place we have been but we thought it was great value. Would stay here again next time.

Fun room and good location

Really great room. Good small kitchen with supplies. My daughter loved the spiral staircase to the master suite. My room had some kids games and stuff which was cool. Location was great right at the bus stop on the way to the ski base areas and just a few minute walk to all the restaurants in town. One afternoon they decided to take the free hot chocolate down early. Needs more hot tubs, only two functional ones when i was there. Mice in the walls but no activity in the room.

Meh, but a good location

The stay was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. The room is extremely small so be aware the opening two suitcases means you won't have much area to use the table or walk around. The fireplace appeared to be just for show, so that was a bit disappointing. And do NOT expect housekeeping unless you are willing to pay extra for it. We had a room next to the street and while it didn't bother me, just be aware that you can hear all the traffic starting early in the morning. The hot tub was hot and felt awesome. The location was perfect for what we needed as we could walk to and from everything. There was one covered parking spot which was easy to get in and out of. There is no breakfast, but they do have free coffee. The front desk is a bit meh when you ask a question, but the locals are super friendly. By the way, there's a daily resort fee they failed to mention when I booked, so that was a bit of a surprise when checking out. Overall, a decent experience, but I would try a different place next time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with clean rooms and a very friendly staff. The rooms could benefit from some updates. The lighting in the bedroom could be improved, as having a ceiling light in addition to the bedside lamps would likely make a significant difference. Additionally, the closet doors were difficult to open, and the rails may need oil or some maintenance to function more smoothly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly choose to stay here again.
