An excellent suite in a great location.

An excellent suite with a separate kitchen and living room which I wasn’t expecting. Right in the middle of the gaslamp quarter, which is quite a noisy area, but I had no problem with street noise possibly because my room was on the top floor. A great location, only 5 minute walk from Petco Park.

Great stay in Gaslamp during Superbowl

Everything was great. Was worried it might be noisy because of location in the Gaslamp and it being Super Bowl, but everything was quiet and they even supplied earplugs just in case. Check in/check out was simple and no issues. Great value, clean and updated room with a nice little kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

Good stay, right in the middle of everything. It is a bit loud, but they provide ear plugs. The place had everything we needed and we were happy to use the kitchen and washing machine as well.

Great location in the heart of the Gaslamp district, close to everything. Although it’s an older property and the entrance and elevator is basic, the unit was comfortable with beautiful skylights in the kitchen and living room. The unit was well stocked for anything we needed. Towels and bedding were clean and good quality. The WiFi worked well. It’s noisy at night but earplugs were provided. Tons of eating options for every budget right outside but not much nearby in terms of groceries. Enjoyed the stay! Thanks!

The room was bright and sunny with roof windows. Large room with three area including living space, dinning kitchen space and bedroom space. However, the street was noisy in the middle of night. Ear plugs are available that help a lot.

This was the easiest place to check in and out of. No lines or people. Just an email and text. Perfect location in the heart of The Gaslamp Quarter. Would definitely stay again.

I would it stay here!

Horrible. I ended up NOT STAYING, the building is run down. The building has a dense musty smell,I could not breathe it! The elevator looks as though it will fall apart. There is NO parking especially if there is a game nearby. I had 4 rooms reserved and had to find another place for all of us, because I would not ask my staff to stay there!

Overall it was a good experience. There was no body wash in the shower and the showerhead was very old and did not provide good pressure. The bedding was very comfortable but there was a small stain on the sheets.

If you like to go and party it's a great place but don't expect to get a good night's sleep. I should have known as soon as I saw earplugs and a sound machine placed next to the bed. Earplugs did not help as the whole room was shaking from the outside loud music. Could also use a good deep cleaning.

Easy check-in and check-out. Contact from Kasa and the use of their virtual front desk made the entire experience quick and easy. This property is located right above 5th street and places you right in the center of the action of the Gaslamp District. Walkable to Petco Park, Convention Center, Seaport Village.

Amazing spot!

I loved staying here. The host left me a little goodie bag which was so sweet! I read a lot of reviews complaining about outside street noise but I didn’t have that issue at all. I felt super safe due to the code access on the doors. I’d stay again. So many nice food spots and night clubs that you can walk to and I parked in a parking garage for about $13

Amazing location!

Excellent location, excellent instruction. If possible, get an Uber as parking is crazy! We had zero problems during our stay. Large shower, nice towels, decent bed and pillows. Very clean and lots of attention to detail! Would definitely stay here again!
