We chose this based on written reviews and were very pleased. Good value for the money. We weren't sure what the best area to stay in would be, but it ended up being a great central location - easy to walk to all the places we wanted to tour around. Unit was very spacious. Kitchen had all the basic necessities to prepare a meal with full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Washer & dryer in room were very handy. TVs in both living room and bedroom. We did not have housekeeping services with our room, however reception provided all necessary refills of soap, towels, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it met all our needs and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Good location in CBD

We have stayed at this location twice in a 2 bedroom apartment. The unit we stayed in this year was showing its age and needs to be renovated. Floors were lifting, the dishwasher leaked, there were holes in the wall in the 2nd bedroom from the king bed being split. The unit we stayed in last year was nicer but also on the 29th floor (30th floor is the penthouse) This apartment provides daily housekeeping. So if you want to save some money stay at an apartment hotel like Meriton that does less frequent servicing. I find when we're travelling in Australia we prefer not to have such frequent housekeeping.

Property is in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was a good size and quite clean for an older building. The second room though had no air flow (it had a fan but no air conditioner) which made it very hot and stuffy. The biggest issue that I had was the smell. I am very sensitive to perfumes and every part of the property had fragrances from the lobby, the elevators, the upstairs lobby and the room. So much so that I could hardly breathe! Please dial back the fragrance. Other than that, if the price is reasonable, it's in a good central location in Brisbane and there's plenty of space in the room.

The property and rooms require a lot of maintenance. Rooms very run down, chipped bathroom basin , mouldy bathroom ,no airflow , windows with glass only . No exhaust in the bathrooms. Very loud at night as property in the middle of the city . Barely any room for the extra bed to fit in. Staff tried their best to accomodate and moved us to a different floor but unfortunately we had the same issue. We had to pay extra for parking per day as well . Definitely not worth it. location was the only positive factor for us.
