Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

Ideal location really, only thing hotel is slightly outdated but I loved the spa facilities, gym and pool. Breakfast was good as described and really helpful staff they will go an extra mile to help you even though there was at times language barrier. Overall place felt like home and would definitely recommend if your going to access Switzerland as hotel is on border of France and Geneva that is only 15 min bus ride. Very accessible, thank you team

Room was big and clean, staff was friendly and spoken English and the bus stop to Geneva was literally one minute away. Fantastic hotel would recommend to stay if only going to Geneva for the weekend.

Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price. Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

We had a room with a little kitchen with equipment to prepare food and a bath tub in the bathroom, so it was very nice. Also they have a pool, gym and hammam and grocery shops nearby too.
