Clean, beautiful property. Gate man was super nice. overall amazing place to stay. There was a lot more things to do there then expected

We had 2 concurrent reservations for the same type of room. Club Wyndham stated that we did not, despite our confirmation of reservation. They asked security to come to room and escort us out. Left out without a room. We contacted Expedia, who confirmed we had a room. It took the Front Desk over 8 hours to place us in another room. The fridge did not work so we reported to Front Desk but they DID NOT fix and all of our food spoiled. The washer/dryer did not clean clothes properly or spin out the water. Propery is RUN DOWN. Rude front desk who said we were 'trying to stay for free!" We stayed here a few years ago BUT this Condo Resort isn't fit to stay in. Also very expensive for what you get $$$

Close to Disney and close to restaurants, stores, etc. The room was really small, Hard to sleep 2 in the beds (too small) Air conditioning was share with the neighbor.

Not a place I would return to

There is no golf course at this hotel. There is a driving range that is open a few hours a day with antique balls. We were given the worst dingy room with bad, apparently unfixable plumbing. Not sure if this was because we were through hotels.com or not

Nice Resort, Older but Presentable

When you see the entrance it is not very large or impressive. Drive on in and it is like a hidden world among the hustle & bustle of Kissimmee. The Jr One Bedroom suite 1927A was adaquate for 3 visitors. It was nice to have a kitchenette, but somewhat poorly designed for actual use as the fridge is in a different room as is the small two seat eat in table. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed. The washroom was OK, with just OK water pressure. Tried and enjoyed : Driving Range, Mini Golf, Giant Jenna, Table Tennis, and hiking around the property.

We called 6 times before we received towels, laundry facilities 2 out of 5 machines worked. Toilet was clogged all week. Manager didn't care!

Deluxe 1 bedroom is not what advertised

Kitchen: Kitchen is TINY. Way different than what you see in the pictures: no dishwasher, no oven, minibar fridge that didn't work well. Living room: No space to sit family of 4 around tiny table. There were only 2 chairs in the room, I asked for 2 more but there was almost no space to put them. Balcony: none. Nowhere to dry swimsuits & towels. General: Moldy smell.

Room was great. There was an issue with out check in that took a while and I had to get a down graded room. It was still nice just not what I booked. Staff was friendly but felt very rushed when asking questions about the issue.

While at property 3 days that were terrible I was in building 21 and keys to door didn’t work it was very cold and I had to go back and forth to lobby several times because keys didn’t work I had to make 3 trips to lobby on same day because keys didn’t work and it happened 3 consecutive days and one day security even had to come because keys wouldn’t work for anything I also mentioned to front desk shower was dirty nothing done my wife had to clean it herself that not acceptable.i have stayed several times but this time was a nightmare.representative at front desk don’t care about my comments or complaint.
