The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean. All staff at the 24hours reception desk are friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free when we checked in early and again when we checked out early (at 10 am so we could go into Paris for the rest of the day). The apartment is within walking distance to trains going into Paris or Versailles!!!

Room was ok but beds uncomfortable. My nephew got bed bugs in the crib. Air conditioner was not working; we flagged it 2 days in a row and staff said they sent someone but nothing was done. Bathroom was remodeled but Ill conceived, every shower was creating a flood in the washroom, we had to block using the towels. Garage was a pain to open and close: instead of giving us a code, we had to call every time; to enter the garage, you actually have to get out of the car, walk over to the polycom and ring. Once, we rang for 10 minutes and no one would answer. We had to drive backwards in order not to block the way, go upstairs and ask front desk to let us out. Staff was either nice and clueless, or simply rude. Some would not even let us finish our sentence before they assumed what the issue was. We speak fluent french. This is a house for the elderly and empty rooms are rented out to tourists. In theory this makes sense, the location is great, the local is well maintained and remodeled, but good intentions are not enough. This residence needs tighter management and a more customer-focuses approach if they wish to continue renting out to tourists.

숙소는 주방도 있고 식탁도 있고 좋았습니다. 메디시스란 이름처럼 할머니 할아버지 양로원같은곳을 호텔로도 사용하는듯 해보였습니다. 파리에서 가격은 아주 좋읍니다. 그러나 역에서 걸어가기에는 좀 멀다. 가성비 나쁘지 않은숙소. 조용한동네에 있음.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Résidence Villa Medicis pendant les fêtes de Nöel, l’appartement était propre, le linge et les lits étaient propres. La kitchenette était équipée mais il manquait quelques verres, ustensiles pour 4 personnes mais grossomodo c’était pas un problème..La réception est toujours présente et acceuillante et à l’écoute, j’ai appelé plusieurs fois pour des questions, et ils prenaient toujours le temps de nous guider. La localisation est très calme, et très propre dans un quartier chic et près de tous les commodités, un très grand centre commercial est à 600m. Je serais de retour si jamais je visiterais Paris de nouveau.à recommander

In general was good, kind of far from points of interest, but was fine!... its a residence for elder people, it is not an hotel itself but seems works as both. Quite and safe place.

Impeccable !!

J'ai vraiment aimé l'idée de partager le lieu d'hotellerie avec les seniors! Bravo! Le jeune homme de l'accueil est juste incroyable! Resoectueux et plein d'humour... avec de très bons goûts musicaux . Mon appartement était silencieux et très agréable, le lit est confortable. Il ya des serviettes, du gel douche, pas de sèche cheveux. J'espère revenir en colloque a la défense, juste pour revenir dormir ici!! Merci et bonne suite !

Situé dans une résidence pour personnes âgées, l'hôtel est très calme, au coeur d'un quartier résidentiel avec de nombreux parcs autour. A 20 min à pied du quartier de la défense et 10 min à pied du tram et RER. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté de la résidence. Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec les personnes en charge de l'accueil. La chambre était très propre et la kitchenette très bien équipée. A recommander pour les familles.
