Lots of nature and it's quiet. It looks dirty and needs maintenance. I didn't have the equipment, such as dishes, and I had to order them. There is a water leak in the bathroom.

Cozy Canyon Cabins

Quiet and cozy. Nestled up in Ruidosos higher altitude part of town, this collection of cabins provided all of the atmosphere my wife and I needed to officially declare this spot our vacation destination of the year. It will definitely become our home away from home every time we adventure to Ruidoso New Mexico.

Just Great

First time staying in these cabins and the Eagles Nest was very comfortable. The location of the cabin is in a great spot. Seen lots of wildlife at this cabin which was fun to see. I will definitely be booking here again.

Great place to stay with wonderful staff

The Cub cabin was small, but very clean and comfortable. There was no door from the bedroom into the living/kitchen area, so when my husband got up early to make coffee he had to sneak around very quietly. Other than that, this place was great and I would definitely stay here again.

more cleaning in the room, there was dog hair on the furnitures and blankets, a lot of dust and the blankets were dirty, there were no amenities in the bathroom, in general the stay was very good but it would be excellent if improved the cleaning

I would consider another place if you have pets this place in neighborhood with the a lot of hostile and aggresive dogs they will attack your pet if you walk outside your cabin you have no privacy at all

Fun Time!

We stayed in the Cub. Perfect size for my wife and I. It is on the rustic side, which we loved. Lots of deer roaming around. My wife filled the humingbird feeders with the sugar mix she found in the kitchen and that attracted them. The gazebo with a gas heater and rock fireplace was nice. Ruidoso was a great basecamp to explore the surrounding area.

The cabin Definitely need some TLC. When we open the front door to walk in there, we got hit with the bomb of Stench cigarettes,sweaty moldy smells The couch in the living room is so dirty. I wouldn’t sit my dog on it. we literally had to take off the sheets from the bed and cover the couch with them so we could use that couch. We ended up buying sheets for the bed. The carpet in the bedroom is so dirty. You can make mud pies. We also had to go buy batteries for the TV control. We were supposed to extend our stay, but we actually ended up leaving as soon as possible and camping out at one of the campgrounds.
