Guests have to do part of the cleaning.

They ask you to take out rubbish before you check out... I guess I should be grateful that they didn't tell me to wash the bed sheets for the next guest by hand. Poor Air conditioning barely cools the room. Nice reception.

The staff at the desk was exceptional when I arrived. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have remembered staying here. It was pricey for what I had for a night. It had wifi, a bed and a shower. It was simple.

The WORST WIFI I’ve ever had at a hotel

WORST WIFI I’ve experienced at any hotel. The WiFi speed was like going back 20 years to dark ages. The speed was excruciatingly slow. We were told the wifi is bad in our room and there’s nothing that could be done. The WiFi couldn’t download anything, even the free Marseille airport wifi was 100x faster. I had to buy mobile data for the family to share. The Aircon was good downstairs but didn’t get upstairs so it was cool in the living room and very hot in bedroom. We asked for additional towels and were charged for replacement towels even though we stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were also not cleaned and they said that cleaning was for stays below 3 nights đŸ˜©. Very disappointing property for a great location and decent customer service.

1. close proximity to train/bus but hotel should list the name of stop in the hotel info- that would have been helpful our first day 2. most staff speak some English although we speak/understand some French. 3. Room was acceptable in terms of space, no outside sound, and felt very safe in hotel and in the neighborhood. This is the first hotel I stayed inwhich there was one set of towel and was told that if I need clean towel I need to wash the ones issued myself for 6 euros to wash and dry. There was no cleaning of the room and was told that I have what to clean the room. That appears to be the policy; however, the staff was incredible with making adjustments realizing that we were not informed that this is the expectation. The hotel setup is as an apartment intended for French family staying for some time and not necessarily for oversea tourist. In the end, we made the best of it and had a great time.

Dans l’ensemble ça a Ă©tĂ© moyen. La propretĂ© n’en parlons pas, de la poussiĂšre au sol et sur les meubles. Dans la globalitĂ© qu’on se le dise c’est sale, on a du faire nous mĂȘme le mĂ©nage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e pour se sentir Ă  l’aise. Aucun savon pour les mains et gel douche disponible car ils Ă©taient tous vide! Accueil injoignable par tĂ©lĂ©phone, ils ne rĂ©pondent pas ! La wifi Ă©tait mĂ©diocre, obligĂ© d’ĂȘtre constamment en 5G. On est restĂ© 8 nuits, on avait hĂąte de rentrer retrouver notre confort. Au moins les draps Ă©taient propre et les lits confortables. Bien situĂ© proche du mĂ©tro.

Pour commencer, nous n'avons pas eu le droit Ă  un simple bonjour de la part de la dame qui Ă©tait Ă  l'accueil. Ensuite, on a eu la surprise d'apprendre que le parking de l'Ă©tablissement Ă©tait plein et que l'on devait se dĂ©brouiller pour trouver une place de stationnement alors que l'un des critĂšres pour lesquels nous avions choisi cet Ă©tablissement Ă©tait justement le parking. On a appris par la suite que le stationnement n'est pas gratuit selon une affiche dans l'ascenseur... La femme de l'accueil nous a quand mĂȘme proposĂ© d'aller sur un parking situĂ© Ă  plus d'un kilomĂštre de l'Ă©tablissement... Quant Ă  la chambre, elle Ă©tait en apparence propre, mais les murs Ă©taient bien sales, de mĂȘme que la sortie d'air au plafond, qui avait laissĂ© beaucoup de traces de poussiĂšre. Comme point positif, le lit est confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e et l'Ă©tablissement est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© du mĂ©tro, ce qui est bien pratique.

Une vraie dĂ©ception. Climatisation en panne dans une chambre Ă©touffante, salle de bain pleine de moisissure, porte d’entrĂ©e couverte de traces de doigts
 On se demande franchement si le mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© fait. C’est inacceptable pour un Ă©tablissement censĂ© accueillir des clients. Seul point positif : la dame de l’accueil, trĂšs aimable et comprĂ©hensive, avec qui la communication a Ă©tĂ© bonne. MalgrĂ© cela, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hĂŽtel. À fuir.
