The apartment was good with a good view of the sea. Short walk to the beach and some eating places. Nearest supermarket about 10 minutes away. We couldn’t understand why if you stayed for seven days or less towels and bed linens were free but if you stayed for longer there was a charge? Also apartment had to be cleaned before leaving but no cleaning products were provided

Réservé pour une soirée en amoureux afin de laisser la maison à notre fille pour son anniversaire. Accueil très sympathique. Cottage fonctionnel et propre. Les banquettes canapé sont à revoir pour le confort sinon rien à reprocher.

Très bon accueil et surtout : une maison avec vue mer parfaitement située, la terrasse a une vue magnifique sur la grande plage de Saint Nic ... le coucher de soleil le soir était magique. La maison était très agréable, et notamment les deux salles de bains. La piscine chauffée et couverte est parfaite pour se détendre. L'établissement est bien placé, non loin de l'entrée de la Presqu'île de Crozon, nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour ici.

Concept intéressant (hôtel appartement). Maison propre et bien tenue. Emplacement stratégique à proximité des plages et pas trop loin de Chateaulin. Cependant, emplacement difficile à trouver, on s'est perdu alors même qu'on utilisait un GPS !!! On regrette l'absence d'une permanence au niveau de l'accueil, important en cas d'arrivée tardive.

Ocean views

Located on the hills overlooking the ocean 5 min walk to the beach. At low tide the beach is 500 yds wide. White & hard sandy beach. The residence is quite comfy. Nicely equipped. The weather in September was great 73-75F.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Vorsaison

Die Fotos in den Beschreibungen täuschen eine direkte Strand- bzw. Meernähe vor. Tatsächlich sind es vom Eingang der Anlage 300m (das letzte Stück relativ steil und ohne Gehweg) durch ein Wohngebiet und am Campingplatz vorbei. Das ist/war aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt, der Strand ist einfach gigantisch (5km lang, je nach Gezeiten zwischen 30 und 100m breit und im Juni fast menschenleer);darüber hinaus gibt es in der näheren Umgebung noch viele kleinere, idyllische Buchten. Auto unbedingt notwendig, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) 6km entfernt. Kleiner Kiosk mit Brötchenservice am Strand.
