Location is amazing. Bang on the beach and walking distance to amazing places including Ushuaïa and Hi Ibiza clubs and street markets. Rooms are a little small especially if you are more than 2 persons staying in a room. Parking is an issue if you have a rental car as the property does not have its own parking area and you have to park on the streets. Parking on streets is very difficult to get and you need to park in a public parking nearby which becomes very expensive.

Loved the hotel staff! They were helpful and kind. The location is amazing! Wasn’t a fan of the restaurant menu or waiters. They were not very friendly or accommodating and the food was overpriced and mediocre at best.

Solid choice in the party area.

Solid hotel near all the nightclubs. It’s right on the beach. The living room has a pull out bed and the bedrooms has two singles pushed together. Solid choice. Walking distance to the nightclubs. Ten min in a cab to the old town.

Booked this hotel on a whim. The Amazing: The beach access, pool and beachfront restaurant are all 10/10. The food was yummy. The fresh juice bar is fantastic. Location is local and lots of food options all within walking distance. Close to airport. $7euro taxi. The Bad: The main general manager is absolutely AWFUL to deal with. Makes you feel like your interrupting his time as he scrolls on his iPhone. Awful customer service and tone when he speaks to you. Worth Mentioning: if you are sensitive to sounds DO NOT book this hotel. You hear 15-30 planes low flying, and EVERY single step or door shut from any surrounding rooms. Rooms are SUPER basic but did the trick for what we needed. Tropical Vibe on the exterior.

My room was on the third floor, which I didn’t appreciate carrying up a large suitcase. The “Superior Apartment” was good size with two twin beds in a separate bedroom, with a living room, balcony and kitchenette. The entire room had a strong odor of mold and bleach. I had to air out the place but it still stunk. The shower had good water pressure, but the sink was too small, luckily the kitchen sink worked well to rinse items. The bed felt like a cheap mattress and sheets from a low rent motel, at least the sheets were clean. I found that the man at the front desk is confrontational as well, not to be trusted. The noise from people talking in the courtyard to the slamming of old wooden apartment doors late at night made this a noisy stay, and I would not recommend to travelers that are light sleepers. The beach access from the pool deck area was convenient, but the beach has too many rocks and debris on it. The only positive was the restaurant, which had good service and a decent breakfast.

Great location, nice and quiet for the most part. Beds are ok, they are good for what they are needed for. Limited supplies for cooking but you make it work, go down the way to shop as the local markets are way overpriced. Food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good and fairly reasonable... We had 3 families staying at the same time and it was nice that the front desk put us all together. Overall a great place for the location and price, the ocean view was priceless!

Right on the beach.

Air conditioner was broken which sucked because it was super hot and stuffy.. But the rooms were very clean and the location was prime. Right in the middle of playa del bossa. The pool music was loud but not over bearing. It is not a party hotel although could be in peak season. Which is nice as ibiza even in off season can be overwhelming. Check in/out was quick and painless. The location is really what makes this hotel worth it. Walking distance to everything. Generally we were happy with our stay. I would definetly recommend it to anyone going to Ibiza. On a negayice note ... Service in the restaurant was extremely slow. We used the computer to print documents and put 5 euro in to use the printer. It wasn't working and we asked the staff about it and they just kind of shrugged. Nope. Not working. I said well I need to print my boarding pass and the front desk told me I could email it to him and it would be 1 euro per page. I just paid 5 euro to use the printer and wasn't told it was broken. Super annoying.
