Older property. Run down, but clean. Expect 3 star, so maybe $ for value. Communication was excellent. Bed comfy. Noisy restaurant downstairs and in a VERY busy area. Big room, nice kitchen with washing machine.

We rented an apartment and from the pictures had the impression that there is a view to the Duomo. Instead it was a view to a back street Regardless, the apartment was very good, spacious and located very close, walking distance, to all tourist attractions. We enjoyed the facility. Communication from the property management was great.

The rental itself was clean but the neighbor continued to harass us as tourists. Screaming at us night and day, calling us names, waiting for us to arrive home to threaten to call the police on us for no reason, and being discriminating. It made me feel unsafe and worried to return.

Charming historical place to stay

Location location location. We stayed at the charming Guelfa suite. Super quaint and given its historical.location and condition, one can't help but genuinely appreciate its more rustic charm and magic. Close to everything including train station. Super convenient small kitchen with washer. Only challenge was the toilet which I'm sure has since been resolved.

The location is excellent and just north of the Duomo. However, the unit is on the ground floor and right infront of the sewer. There is no exhaust in the washroom so you have no choice but to keep the window open and it smells of the sewer. It also get a number of sewer flies into the unit.

The apartment was nice. We noticed some ants, but other than that, relatively clean. Great location, be prepared to walk up 85 stairs though! Also they say there is wifi, but it RARELY works.

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! It was centrally located with excellent restaurants right in the square outside the front door. The area had a great vibe. Busy but not too busy. We struggled to choose from all the restaurant options as there were so many! On the last day of our stay there was a fruit stall set up in the square with the best apricots and fruit we’ve ever eaten! The apartment itself was huge and magnificent. It was absolutely beautifully decorated with interesting artwork, beautiful carpets and light fixtures. The beds were super comfortable. We had more than enough space for all 5 of us. Communications were clear and efficient. We don’t think we could have chosen a better option. We walked everywhere. Absolutely loved our stay in beautiful Florence!

The location was probably the best thing about Firenze Rentals. It was so close to everything. The property was clean, I had a great explanation on how to use the appliances, where things were and a real interest in making my stay a good experience. The front entrance has a loose metal bar that we tripped over several times. It had come loose from the front step and wasn’t properly reattached. There was a strong gas smell coming from the common area. The apartment itself was quaint enough.

This is a good, simple apartment with a comfortable bed and all the mod cons you need to enjoy a short stay in Florence. You can't beat the location of this place in the historic city centre. Go out to do something, then come back to drop stuff off, and then go out again. The location is perfect!

Short stay in Mini Suite Oche!

We stayed in Firenze Rentals’ mini suite Oche. It was a good amount of space and the area felt very safe, it was super close to all the things we wanted to see and all the big stores/restaurants. The best part of this was the location. The place is pretty clean overall and the bed was comfy, they provide everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom which was nice! 😀 The only negative was that the shower didn’t drain well, it took a very long time for the shower water to full empty after use. The water would leak onto the floor because the water build up was too high... we had to put towels around the shower every night and shower as quickly as possible to avoid a big mess.
