Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again I’d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.

We had four adults and two kids, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was excellent, with plenty of room to spare. The location of the property is perfect. Bourbon street, the river walk and super dome were all an easy walk, but the area itself is very quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Location weren’t too bad. When you have someone talking you really can hear and loud outside. Not sure if it’s the location that’s right above the main entrance as well as we were on the second floor.

Great Location!

Overall great accommodations at Stay Alfred, which made our first visit to New Orleans very pleasant and worry free. Easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure. A couple of small items were attended to promptly by friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to various sites to visit, restaurants, transportation and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again or try another Stay Alfred location.

Great week in NOLA with Girlfriends

5 Ladies staying for 7 days and wanted a kitchen and living area to hang out in mornings and evenings. This was an excellent, safe area close to everything to stay at. It is spacious, quiet except when on one occasion rowdy guests went along after 11 pm knocking loudly on our door. Full kitchen but they just supply coffee in filters, sugar, sugar substitute, powdered whitener, filters and zip locks. There is a great grocery very close by to purchase what you need. We unfortunately left groceries that were unopened which I am told will be thrown out, I hope the housekeepers take and use what ever we left. That would make me so happy. They have these all over and I would definitely stay there instead of a hotel room for any extended stay. Nice to have a place to have breakfast in the morning and wine at night.

Great location and very cool apartment!

We were 4 girls and had a great time in NOLA. The apartment is at a convienent location, close to many sights but away from the loud and busy nightlife. The place was nice and comfortable. Big and super cool style.

Building and rooms amazing but the cleanliness in the rooms was appalling. Filthy walls, dirty floors, hair all over the bathroom, used dirty towels left under the sink, coffee pot that still had coffee in it. Really seemed like their housekeeping staff don’t care. Location good. Gym small but good.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

This Condo apartment is lovely, it is well designed and decorated with a terrific courtyard off the master bedroom and livingroom. It is in a great location, just blocks from the French Quarter, fantastic restaurants and nightlife. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Location, location, location!

Location was unbelievable. We rented a car and didn’t use it the entire week, not once (except to/from airport.) Loved the proximity to the stadium, Bourbon street, restaurants, trolly, grocery stores, shopping, and literally every district in and around downtown. The place was well kept, clean, spacious, well stocked, and will even say, pretty comfy beds/pillows. Only complaint is the trolly car that goes past the place pretty routinely, albeit, less during the night.So there’s that noise. Also, although the windows have blinds which are great,.. having blackout curtains would have been a great touch and would have also helped with the street lighting. They do have box fans in the closet which we used for the trolly noise. In short, the location is amazing as was the unit we stated in.. (2BR, 2 story unit) which was extremely important to us. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Win-win!!

An elegant place to stay near the French Quarter

We tried to wade through the maze of hoels in New Orleans and finally settled on Factors Row. Access was easy with the keypad codes provided and once in the property was very nice. The room was large and even stocked with some cooking essentials. Coffee and tea were provided as well. Another chair in the main room would have been nice but that was our only complaint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just a short walk to the Quarter. My only wish is that there was more affordable parking. However, had I known what a short walk it was to everything, I wouldn’t have rented a car. Just something to keep in mind, if driving. Overall, would highly recommend. Will be staying again on my next visit to this beautiful city!
