Real nice Villa

Nice villa, well keep, we were told that it was owned by Sydney inventors. Credit to them as the place has a nice feel to it. Well decked out. We have stayed in Villa's a lot and this would be the best. Good location for shops and food, if yr a beach goer then it's just down the road. This villa was set up to feed yourself or get a local cook to do it. The actual complex as for meals, NOT good.Poor in fact. Had to order in meals form out side and pay cash, not booked on yr hotel bill, poor. As for me , health reasons i have to have breakfast, so we went to Hardy's and got cereal, even though there are many restaurants close, getting food early was a problem,not opening @ 0700 didn't suit me. Would stay again , no problem.

Beautiful Villas

when we arrived we were told our room we book would not be available for a few days and were sent by taxi to Golden Villas. At first I wasn't all that pleased because all my excursions were for hotel pickup at Emerald Villas. The front desk said they would try and contact the tours and have it changed. They said they were unable to do this so I rented a scooter to travel back to Emerald Villas for pickup. The villa at Golden had three bedrooms (two locked off)living room, full kitchen with a large swimming pool. When our transfer date came we were very comfortable with our accommodations and didn't want to transfer to Emerald Villas so our maid complained to the management that they were taking her guests away. We were offered to stay. She also was able to change the hotel pickup with tour guides over the phone so we didn't have to travel to the Emerald Villas each morning of a tour. Kadek (sorry if spelt wrong) was wonderful and helped to make our vacation wonderful. Both Villas were beautiful and would stay at either again without question. Emerald has the main office and has a restaurant. Golden is more secluded and private. We were able to order from the restaurant and have delivered which was nice if needed but eating out is not a problem restaurants every where (never had a bad meal) The scooter was helpful getting around to the beach and restaurants so kept the whole time

Private villa with your own swimming pool in Sanur

I recently stayed at Bali Emerald Villas for three days two nights and left wanting to stay longer. First and foremost, you are provided with your own villa, which is perfect for those looking for some privacy and a home away from home vibe while on vacation. The hotel is also ideal for couples, as it is situated right by the Sanur beach strip and there are plenty of great eating spots within walking distance. My girlfriend and I definitely had a plethora of options for cuisine! With regards to the villa itself, we were provided with a two bedroom villa (the second room was locked) that was extremely spacious with its own full-suite kitchen, living room, and swimming pool. Room service orders came directly to the villa and we were provided with free laundry services for one set of clothes per day. The staff at the hotel was also excellent, from the maid who allowed us to set the time for when the villa should be cleaned to the receptionist who helped us book a spa day at a place we found online. Everyone was courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. All in all, we were extremely impressed with Bali Emerald Villas and would recommend this place to anyone. We are definitely staying here again during our next visit to Bali.

The location was great.As for the villa,it needs some maintenance, pool lights not working, gardens need attention, and the whole outside areas need a good pressure clean. Timber needs restaining. The pillows were uncomfortable and slipped down behind the bedhead. Shampoo/conditioner wasnt replenished,nor was soap. For the price it would have been nice to have tea/coffee sachets available. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the price was drastically reduced. When paying high for accommodation the little things are welcoming,unfortunatley this place failed.

The villa we stayed at was beautiful, clean, and had a private pool. In addition, the staff cleaned dirty laundry I had forgotten to put away, with no extra charge. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was perfect for us. Very quiet but still close to all shops. If you want to go to nice beaches you need a car. The beach that was close to the Vila was not very good. We will come back next year again.
