The top floor condo unit is extremely nice. Clean breezy. Complete amenities. Parking is separate building across the property so not convenient. Not enough loading area. Elevators also can take a long time during peak time.

Very nice hotel, close to the ocean. It had lots of pools (indoor and outdoor), a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was small, only double beds and the pools were not the cleanest.

The bed linens were never changed during my stay. The shower faucet was very loose and could fall off. Elevators need better LED lighting. Dark in the elevators. Registration process was efficient and excellent.

We had a beautiful view of the Ocean .The room was very very small. The carpets were very old and worn. The towels were changed and garbage removed every day.No other services were provided.A restaurant is a must for us . It was our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach I would not recommend this resort

No hot water… the security card readers for the hotel were not working and the secure parking had unlocked doors. The gates were open all the time. No over mitts, no oven pan. The bathroom vanity was rotted at the bottom and the dinning room table was so wobbly that it was unusable. The bed linen were basically thick sheets. When we complained about the hot water, we were told to let it run for 20 minutes which didn’t make a difference and made it barely warm. We were also told that we’re showering at the same time as everyone however we were up and showering at 6am because we had booked early tee times for golf. It was very disappointing to see that the pool water and hot tubs were green so it looked like the pool area was never cleaned. Very disappointing stay for the price.

This was the worse experience of my life. This resort is a scam, do not fall for their trap. We booked a partial ocean view room and they offered us a back view room with a small balcony facing the parking lot and another smaller one facing the side of the nearby building. If you lean over the rail you could get a short glance at the ocean, however you must hold on to the rail not to fall over. This is their partial ocean view...I asked management to give me another room but she refused and told me that if I don't like it I can go somewhere else and get a refund. After 18 hrs drive from Canada I found myself and my family on the street with no place to stay overnight. This place is a scam and I'm disappointed that Expedia is advertising it. Nobody should go through what I have been through, do not book with this resort!

They indicated they would provide fresh towels and remove garbage daily however I had to request clean towels each day and remove my own garbage. It wasn’t until it took over 2 and half hours to get towels when we had dinner reservations that really put a damper on it. I even went down to the front desk and explained we needed towels as we had dinner reservations that all I got was some attitude with “Sorry ma’am you are on the list, there’s nothing we can do” I asked about if I could even could get a couple pool towels then it I got “No you cannot use those either.” Not willing to call housekeeping or accommodate what so ever. We ended canceling our dinner reservations. :( . The water pressure in the shower was minimal and the carpet in the room was full of sand when we arrived so it obviously wasn’t vacuumed.

Close to ocean boardwalk. Needs a thorough cleaning, hallway carpets grungy, doors and walls in hallway need a coat of paint. Maid service is adequate but perhaps a vacuum cleaner in each unit and a sponge mop, bucket and floor cleaner could be provided so guests can keep their unit clean. Pool area needs a serious cleaning. Water in pool was cloudy. Starbuck's restaurant is not a 24 hour operation, in fact it closes around 6 p.m. Suffice to say it is a 2 1/2 star operation that has great potential but some tender loving care is needed to elevate the status.

Noisy, metal doors slamming, Incompetent staff on check in. Took three hours to get a key because Expedia Reservation did not show up. The computer system is bad. The Ocean View next door is excellent, same price, plus free full breakfast and a restaurant on site. And only six months old instead of 60 years.

Great Experience

We had a great game here, nothing I would complain about other then weather but the hotel can't control that haha. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we are actually planning a larger family vacation here for next year!

Old and Tired

This hotel has had it's time! The entrance in front of the lobby was so full of cars we had to park almost on the busy street in front. The TV in the living room did not work, one of the balcony doors would not lock. The heating system was extremely loud. The staff were kind and the check-in, check-out was fine but they could do nothing about the TV etc. Rooms are not cleaned every day so you have to be sure you are not in one used the night before. Very, very tired building with lots of worn out areas in the rooms. Not a very nice stay when the room above you is partying until 5 a.m.

Improve staff training and systems please

Check in experience was horrific. This hotel needs to modernize its computer system. In addition front desk staff was hopelessly unorganized and slow beyond belief. The view was the only decent part of our stay.
