Fantastisk dejlig lejlighed, store flotte værelser og fint toilet. Skøn lille gårdhave man kunne sidde i. Lidt besværligt at finde der op

Helt forferdelig opplevelse

Dette var det aller verste vi har opplevd og vi er ikke kresen. Mye styr med/krav om å varsle ankomst på epost-er og telefon på forhånd. Ringte som påkrevd da vi nærmet oss og meldte vår ankomst. Svært vanskelig kommunikasjon grunnet svært dårlig engelsk. «No english» Vanskelig å finne og da vi kom frem måtte vi vente 45 minutter før vi ble betjent. Det var da vi på eget initiativ oppsøkte noen og fikk hjelp til å få tak i bestyrerinnen som forøvrig hadde vært i nærheten hele tiden. Svært dårlig kommunikasjon. Ubrukelig utstyr for betaling med kredittkort så måtte betale kontant. Fikk ikke kvittering. Standarden på rommet var svært lav. Det var heller ikke aircondition som var annonsert og påkrevd/en forutsetning da det var nesten 40 grader. Vi etterlyste dette men det ble formidlet at rommet hadde «naturlig» aircondition. Stedet er en en gammel borg som i stor grad består av ruiner. Alt i alt ble det umulig å bo der så vi måtte bare forlate stedet og booke oss inn et annet sted. Grunnet dårlig kommunikasjon så vi ingen mulighet til å komme noe videre på stedet. Klagde til Hotels.com som tok kontakt med stedet. De har lovet full tilbakebetaling 2 ganger men etter som tiden har gått og Hotels.com bare henviser til telefonnummeret til overnattingsstedet) har vi mistet troen på dette. Styr unna!
