A fantastic resort

Awesome place! Will definitely stay here again! Beatiful 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen. Cleaning everyday. Nice pool, tennis courts and ping pong. Beautiful property.

Superb resort to visit.

The resort has all the comforts of home and then some. If only my home were as comfortable and as well kept. The hotel staff was fabulously helpful with directions and suggestions of where to find restaurants. The pool as nice and warm even when there was a cool breeze. The only unfortunate aspect is that neither my wife nor I are golfers. For golfers, this resort is as good as it can possibly get. Tried hard to find something to complain about but I was totally unable to find anything that displeased me. All in all, would gladly return to this resort if a future trip to Tampa were to occur.

Huge, modern rooms

Sparkling clean. Comfy, enormous bed. Huge shower. Luxurious. Full kitchen. We booked smallest room and it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice kitchen, dining area and living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The resort was a great base for our family vacation. We were close to Busch Gardens, the zoo, and the aquarium. The pool was a great after a long day but it closes early - 8 pm on the weekends. If you want to play tennis, the resort has rackets and balls and the court fee is $10 for the day. The 3 9-hole golf courses were good. The beaches were about 45 minutes away but the drive to Honeymoon Island was worth it, a beautiful beach with sand bars, great for little ones. The condo had everything you needed - a spacious 1100 sq. ft living area with 3 tv's to keep everyone happy. We would definitely go back again.

Stay at emerald greens golf and resort

The room is spacious and neat. The kitchen was functional and ideal for travelers traveling with family. The kitchen comes with the essential kitchenette including an organic disposer, which is very useful. The only thing that requires improvement is the room housekeeping. The toiletries were not replenished daily and I have to call the front desk for replacement. Some days the room was not make up properly nor the shower stall was cleaned. Overall the stay experience was good and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Emerald Greens- More Comfortable Than Home

We found Emerald Greens because we wanted to stay some place nicer than our usuals without spending a fortune. We were more than a bit surprised when we checked in. We received a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for less than what we would spend on any 4 star hotel in the area. The condo was immaculate with new appliances & 3 flat screen LCD TVs. The king size bed was a Tempurpedic that was out of this world. Not a single complaint possible as this was the finest place that we have ever stayed in. We travel a fair bit & it was nicer than Doubletree, Marriott or any other of the other chains. If you are okay with driving to the beach, Emerald Greens is the best place in Tampa for your vacation.

The apartment is well kept. I asked for a king size bed but they put two twin mattress together to make it king so the partition in the middle of the two mattresses bothered making it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably.

This place was great! Tucked into a nice and very QUIET golf community. Safe area and the resort had a spacious 2 bedroom condo with balcony. Keep in mind they don’t allow smoking on your balcony, which was fine for us, but may be a problem for others. We enjoyed our stay!

Great but too noisy on a weekend between 12 and 3.

Really nice little resort with great condos. The condo was clean and well laid out. Crockery and pots and pans a bit sparse but that was the only negative about the property itself. The resort has a great pool for speed swimming but no real leisure pool. It has great seating and a nice pool bar/snack bar but if you're not a club member you can't order from it.. which kind of defeats the object if your'e staying as a hotel guest. The check in desk was fantastic and the staff great. The only bad experience was the pool area on a saturday and sunday from 12pm to 3pm. They have a DJ who thinks he's in a nightclub. He plays the music so loud there is no escape even in your condo. It was like having a DJ in our lounge and bedroom. Outside it was unbearable and even with ear pods in and your own music fully ramped up to the max you could hear his music over it. He was clearly enjoying it as I was getting anxiety watching him dancing to his 'vibe' for a full 3 hours. I wouldn't stay again purely for this reason which is a shame cos it was a fabulous place.
